Friendly car rental staff and comfortable, clean waiting area with good coffee. Excellent customer service Thank you Jeremy S and David for taking care of me and my 4runner recently. I had to have it towed in after it was smoking after a short trip to work. Thank you Jeremy S and David for taking care of me and my 4runner recently. I had to have it towed in after it was smoking after a short trip to work. Both made sure I was well informed of all the work being done to figure out the problem. I was super bummed this happened on my birthday but both guys took great care to get me out and on my way with my 4runner having a clean bill of health.
