I brought my 2011 F150 in for Audio System and drive train repairs. I had the pleasure to meet the Service Advisor Carson Schneppershoff. He was very attentive to my descriptions of the truck's problems. He went over the top helping me. I got rides home, even to the airport, while they ordered parts to fix the issues. I had an extended warranty, and Carson called them up and setup all the payments, etc. I have never had a better Service Advisor, and believe me, I know. I was Service Director at a Ford Dlrship in KC for 6yrs. Thank you HB Ford, and most of all......Thank YOU, Carson !!! Steve Longman

We do Amazon deliveries and have more than 30 vans in our fleet. We used to service our vans at Valencia Ford. It has been more than a year we have been servicing our vehicles at Sunrise Ford North Hollywood. It is all because of a great service advisor Marvin (I believe his last name is Reyes). After a few visits, we realized that Marvin was different than any other service advisors we have dealed with. Marvin understands our needs. He understands how important fast service is for us, as we can't have vehicles out on service for long time. Marvin is always available for us and sometimes just a phone call away. Marvin has taken customer service to the next level as he always finds ways to say YES to us. If I don't exaggerate, we call Marvin at least twice a week for some kind of vehicle service. If he is not available, he will return our calls asap, set up appointment and take care of all vehicle needs. I'm sure Marvin is a great asset for your company and we are grateful to him and his team!

Corning Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to. There was quite a few people there when I arrived but I was out of there in less then an hour and I didn't have an appointment. I know now the reason why is was crowed, because of their prices and how friendly they are. They were able to program my fob $45.00 cheaper then other places. Not only was the price cheaper then anyone else, they also reprogrammed the old fob that I thought was broke for free. They updated my system all for $140.00. Plus they allowed my dog to come in and everyone was so nice to both me and my dog. I will never take my car to anyone else. And when I decide to trade my car in for newer one, Corning Ford is the place I will go. I drove 2 hours to go to Corning Ford.

I have Ron Dupratt Ford service my truck even though I didn't purchase it from them. At the time I needed a truck, they did not have what I needed although there were a couple coming in but it would be several weeks before and I needed to replace my then current truck immediately. My brother on the other hand did purchase his work/utility truck from them and they even delivered it to his home in Santa Rosa. I have had excellent service from Ron Dupratt Ford every time and they never try to "upsell" me services that isn't necessary. This is truly one of the most honest dealers I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with dozens over the years. Honesty , integrity and trust is earned and they certainly have earned it with me.

Well first of all i don't speak English, but a friendly young girl that works in the service department asked my wife if she needed help. We came in because my car had a clutch recall. This young guy by the name of Anthony Andersen helped me. my wife needed loaner Vehicle he offered to give her one while they worked on her fiesta, to me that speaks on its own. Someone going out of there way to help a customer. Excellent service would definitely recommend it

On January 23, 2024 ( driving home to Flagstaff from Santa Cruz) we drove our Dodge Grand Caravan into Santos Ford in Los Banos about 10am. A fuel injector had gone bad. They took our vehicle in, drove us and our dog to the La Quinta, got the part they needed from a Dodge dealer in Merced, and had it fixed by 1pm the next day! All employees were professional, super helpful, and very nice and friendly. We were so blessed and appreciative they didn’t sent us to Dodge or say they were too busy etc. Thank you Eddie and the mechanics at Santos Ford!!!

Ronnie O is the guy you wanna see. Ive been coming here for over 6 years and every guy thats helped me has been great. Ronnie however had extraordinary enthusiasm and delight in getting me situated with my airbag problem as well as communicating with me when my car was ready. Additionally, he went above an beyond by showing me the closest spot i could get a quote on my car damage given that they could not at their site. I have no doubt Ronnie can brighten anyone’s day in less than a minute with the enthusiasm he exudes at work. You can just tell through his voice, smile and energy that not only does he love ford very much, but he also loves helping people and getting them taken care of in the best way. This guy deserves a raise!

Fantastic people! - I Fix That

Fantastic people! They are customer service focused and no-pressure sales. I had a very small but difficult issue with my Mach-e and they stayed on the issue until it was fixed. What I found to be fantastic about the dealership is that they just didn't unload a "parts cannon" on the car, but got a technician in from corporate to troubleshoot the module that failed so that in the future, they could quickly solve the problem for the next customer. I'm and engineer, and that shows integrity! Yes, I purchased a second car from them! Oh, and they were the only dealership that isn't marking up the Lightning and the Mach-E.

I've been a car owner for 40 years, and I've never, ever had the level of service I receive at Santa Margarita Ford. Everything I experience there is remarkable - the efficiency and friendliness of the staff, the actual car maintenance and the willingness to go the extra mile by retrieving and returning my car for the day of service. And they don't charge more than a fair market rate for the service. If you're anywhere near south Orange County don't waste your time anyplace else.
