My husband and I just purchased a used 2020 Ford Explorer, and immediately noticed we had a couple of issues in regards to the back up camera and the audio not working. We brought the vehicle in and Dylan Lindsay was our head service technician. He has been nothing short of amazing. His communication was detailed and we always knew what was going on with our car. He told us step-by-step what the plan was and the Service parts that needed to be ordered. He let us know when they had been delivered as well as installed. Dylan is incredibly good at what he does and I have never worked with a more thorough or dedicated technician. As mad as we were about purchasing a used card that had issues, Dylan did everything in his power to keep us happy and made sure we were well taken care of. As we all know, great customer service is very difficult to find and Fritts Ford is incredibly lucky to have him on their team! Thank you Dylan Lindsay!

Service personnel was great, however they could not give me a definite diagnosis on what would cause my service electronic brake system and service 4wd, messages appeared in the evening and my battery was dead the following morning, it would be nice to know if a weak battery would cause those messages to appear ? Back in 2021 I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from North Bay - Beaker

Back in 2021 I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from North Bay Ford and I also got a maintenance contract with them about six months later I moved out of Santa Cruz to Brentwood but I still kept coming to North Bay for my service because they're service department was great and it was worth the time and drive to have only North Bay work on my car. Well about six months ago it seemed that the service I was receiving had changed and I was looking at moving to another dealership, that's when I met Mike (MC) and I explained my dissatisfaction in the service and recalls on my car and he said that he would get my issues resolved and I have to say he more than lived up to hie word. Mike took care of the service on my car in scheduling, parts, on time completion, overall professionalism with a friendly and helpful demeaner. Mike really took care of my car in regards to a recall on the doors and I am beyond impressed and thankful for Mike being the one that took care of my needs, I have to admit I probably wasn't the nicest person to deal with at the time he started taking care of my needs in regards to my car, however Mike changed my mind about changing dealerships I am happily going to keep bringing my car to North Bay Ford because I know that Mike and the rest of North Bay Ford have my best interests in mind. Car ignition would not work. Couldn't remove key. After ordering part, waiting for part to arrive, installing part, everything is now operational, except the light went on. It still is operational. The car still needs spark plugs and an air filter. Maybe Dad can do that or might need another appointment.

Absolutely and without a doubt the best service experience that I have ever had with any dealership. My Service Advisor Greg and Technician Scott were so accommodating and customer service focused that my expectations were blown away. I was definitely treated with consideration and respect. I was allowed to talk with Scott concerning the repairs and even allowed into the service area to discuss the rather difficult repair on my Corvette. My car was kept in a covered stall and Scott was even considerate enough to use my car cover when he was not working on my car. The communication to the customer was something that I wish all dealerships would do, both texts and emails were highly informative and there was even a video of Scott working on my car. All in all I highly recommend Kearny Mesa Chevy to anyone considering taking their vehicle there for service. Ask for Greg and Scott as you will not find better people or a place to have your Chevy serviced.

Everyone at Stevens Creek was professional and helpful, they communicated with me at every step and they ensured that the other dealership covered the costs of the repairs. I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make a difficult situation better.
