The car was returned in the time promised. I would definitely say that Modesto Mazda goes the extra mile to satisfy customers. I want to thank the Vallejo Kia service center team, my experience there was great. Everyone was very friendly and my oil change and tire rotation didn’t take them long at all. I really appreciate the car wash as well and I will definitely be only returning to the Vallejo Kia anytime I need anything done. Thank you guys again

I attempted to order a piece of door trim for a ford - retiredlobato

I attempted to order a piece of door trim for a ford explorer. The person working in the parts department said they would not order a part without taking a card number first, i gave them the card number they said alright and then hung up. I called back immediately because they didn't tell me the price or confirm if i was ok with them charging my card. Upon calling back he says he would cancel the order but refused to give me a parts number. I said its fine, got the parts number from ford in fresno and ordered my own trim for about 100 bucks since ford wanted 335 for it. I come in for service, ask when they will refund me, they say usually 7-10 business days. Ok fine, 10 days passes, no refund, I bring it up again they tell me to call my bank. I challenge it and the general manager is lying about the authorization they got to charge for the piece of trim. I am glad i documented what had actually happened on facebook because he was saying that the person who authorized the charge was known to me. They were not and they did not let me know the cost either. The general manager laughed and enjoyed that a disabled veteran and purple heart recipient was being ripped off by his less than honorable actions. Truly disgusting business practices over there. Stay far away. Not only was i not ever told that the piece of trim could not be returned i ordered a piece of door trim the same day they supposedly canceled the order. So now im not just out money for ordering the piece but also money because they never refunded me for the piece they failed to cancel. 700 dollars to fix a piece of door trim for a keypad pillar and it had to be repaired by me. Below is evidence of everything which is dated for proof as well as his response lying to the bank and the better business bureau to keep the money.

In mid February this year, my 2018 Dodge Ram truck - dhornsby59

In mid February this year, my 2018 Dodge Ram truck suddenly lost oil pressure and died. After having towed to a local repair shop Ranxho Auto Care in Jamul , I was informed my engine was seized. Long story short, I had it towed to Mossey Dodge in Chula Vista, on a Friday. Had the diagnostic work complete by Tuesday and given the great news I would get a brand new engine under the manufacturers warranty!. They ordered my new engine, which took longer to receive than their installation of it took, yet from day of towing it there to the day I drove it out of there was only 30 days!! Henry was my service advisor, he gave me his cell phone to contact him directly with any questions I may have. Every time I text him he answered right away and if needed to find something out told me so and then got back to me with the answer. I could not be happier with the service received there and highly recommend giving Mossey Dodge in Chula Vista a try!! New facility, clean, organized and great customer service in their service department. Side note, I didn’t even buy my truck from them and yet they took on my engine replacement.

Extremely shockingly, poor service. - S2013

Extremely shockingly, poor service. DO NOT GO HERE, they are thieves!! Have been coming to this Mossy for years, and have not had any issues up until a couple of weeks ago. Took the car in because it was making strange squealing sounds and jerking uncontrollably on the road. Was aware I had a weak tranny. They were also aware and had this listed in their records but they told me this was just all due to needing new front brakes and a new belt, not mentioning anything about the tranny finally dying out. The (biggest) and most important issue needing to be fixed right there and then. A week after my car was serviced, it broke down on me several times on the road. I came in again getting the car looked at, just to find out that, oh yeah, it’s the tranny actually going bad (this time.) Why wasn’t I notified of this during the first service appointment so I could have saved myself almost a grand on everything that was a side repair. On top of that, service advisor Victor was smirking and making a joke out of the situation when I brought up my concerns. Unprofessional and wasn’t happy with how I was treated here. They don’t care, they are only there to make a quick buck to get anything out of you. Happy I won’t be returning, and Mossy just lost a valued customer.
