Absolutely the worst post-sale support. They forced me to buy OPTIONAL components explaining that they had been pre-installed and hence not optional. Most importantly, they NEVER provided activation code for location device (one of the "options") which now almost a year later I am still trying to get. While the car is great, I see no reason for anybody not to go to the Glendale or Santa Monica locations where they care about their customers. 04/17/2024 - MAJOR UPDATE. What a difference a new management makes! In my original review I rated them with 1 star, as the previous management and sales staff were not good. That said, with Mark Thomas, as a new GM, everything turned completely around: I got the best complimentary first year service along with the royal treatment. Today I also got my long-fought for refund for the tracking device which was shoved down my throat by previous management. Mark being extremely busy was very responsive and understanding. Also I would like to acknowledge Nevaline from Finance who cut me a refund check and also offered help if I needed anything. Now I can only hope that the new car will turn out to be as good as their new management!

The service was extremely efficient. They were ready to take care of me as soon as I drove up. Manny was an excellent service advisor, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They were able to complete a lot of work on my car at a reasonable price, and all in the same day! I was very happy!!

I don't recommend the Concord BMW as a place to repair your car. During my last visit the guy tries to charge me 1300$ on replacing 4 spark plugs which has worked for only 30K miles, instead of 50 or 60K miles! and telling me just like milk the spark plugs go bad!!! and 330$ for cabin filter on a car which hasn't been driven and doesn't need a cabin filter replacement, therefor refuse to reset the service alert just because of that! I understand the car dealers are always expensive but this is Highway robbery. There is a recall on my car since last year which they refused to deal with and telling me that the part is not available yet which makes BMW an unsafe car to drive! Lastly the oil change shouldn't take the whole day specially when it was the 7:00am appointment!

We took our car into Quicklane for service and what we thought was a burned out fog light. Turns out it was wiring damage by a rodent. They took care of it for us along with a full service and a car wash. Been doing business with El Cajon Ford for years and prefer not to go anywhere else.

Incredibly overpriced service quote. Charging $554 just to look at what I described as an issue. Issues I informed about listed below: - Overhead console latches broke, Detached it because it kept falling down -$111 - Driver side visor was broken and would fall down, did not stay in place - $111 - Driver door does not lock properly, ever other door locks properly - $221 - Trunk latch is broken/detached (parts were left in the trunk, so nothing would have to be ordered for this) - $111 - Need new wiper blades - $118 - heavily inflated price for wiper blades Keep in mind this is the charge just to inspect the vehicle, no actual changes/repairs will be made. 2/4 of the above issue can easily be seen just glancing at the car for 2 seconds. The door not locking takes 1 button press on the key fob and then opening the door. The visor you open the driver door and look at the visor and inspect it a bit closer which would probably take 15-30 seconds depending on how thorough you would want to be, but it was visibly damaged To further, the quote to fix the above issues was insanely inflated - Overhead console - $649.44 - Driver side visor - $679.46 - Driver side door - $370.20 - More reasonable as this more matches the cost of what labor would be and the price of the actuator so no big issues on this one (granted it is a bit high) The one good thing I can say about this place is the Customer service is good. Anything further than that is not worth it.

My 2019 Crosstrek was leaking oil from one of the cam - nebulon

My 2019 Crosstrek was leaking oil from one of the cam follower seals and had an issue with the driver's side window control. I was told by an independent repair shop that the cost to fix the leak would be around $5000 as the engine would need to be removed and replaced. Coincidentaly, I was contacted by Hansel about buying a new Crosstrek. I said I would not be interested as my Crosstrek was showing major issues at 75,000 miles. After checking my warranty information, I was told that my repair was covered under the 'gold warranty' I purchased at the time of sale. I was told that the repair would be done free of charge along with the window control and some front bushings that needed to be replaced. I also had the front brakes replaced as they were due. All in all I had a very positive experience dealing with the service department at Hansel Subaru. I would encourage any prospective new car buyers to go for the gold warranty coverage as it saved me from having to pay $5000+ out of pocket.

The service was slow and the tech was not completely communicating with us. We had to call the tech to get updates. The car ended up staying at this dealership for 1.5 weeks. My husband made calls himself to get the insurance to fix the problem, he even had to be the one email the insurance regarding the issue instead of the technician.
