I took my car in and then I had multiple different things that needed to be fixed. So rather than being $1,300 I now have a $3,200 bill., but that is not the issue. I applied for a credit GE card and I was told I was approved so I said ok go ahead and just do the work. I arrived at the dealership only to be told it was not approved and they made a mistake. So now I have a car that has been in the shop for a week and now they gave me the option of replacing my old items and having it worked on again and they would remove them all or pay the bill in 6 months. Can you imagine the frustration that caused me. I only wanted my belt done and they did not have my tires, so not sure how they are going to replace them back on. Then once I looked at my bill they over charged me for a tire for 170 bucks and the trunk does not work very well, which baffles me why that is not working...almost like the springs have been taken....very strange and I cannot even explain that, but was apparent instantly when I went shopping.
The people were friendly, but make horrific mistakes in the finance department (assuming it was their fault) and also mistakes on my bill. Now I will be paying 450 extra a month on working this off in the next 6 months unless I can get a loan. Very, very, very frustrated!!!
