I was beyond impressed with the sales rep, Charlie Jackson, from BMW John Elway Loveland. He provided exceptional customer service, going beyond the normal experience one might have while buying a car. There was never one moment of pressure, just consistent patience and kindness. Charlie took time to help me find the perfect car; he even drove over an hour to make sure I got the correct car but ultimately choose another one. Originally wanted to stay in the x1 but went up to an x3. I am so grateful to have had worked with him. I hope he is here when it's time for me to upgrade into a new one in 3 years.
