Outstanding sales and facilities, I live about 35 miles away talked to the sales man prior to arriving. Vehicle was prepared and waiting when I arrived. it was raining so they had it under cover for the walk around which was very convenient every thing was spotless. I had a few glitches with my credit union on my end, the sales staff did an excellent job getting things sorted out and getting my approved loan. I was able to meet a lot of the staff and was impressed with the professionalism and respect that would expect. I was very comfortable during the time I sent there and pleased with the people that took care of everything, I would not hesitate to to recommend this dealership !!

There are some very smart folks down in service who re always ready to help if you need work on your vehicle. They moved mountains, getting just the right truck I wanted, even going as far as trading vehicle with a competitor so I could buy from them. I've bought off the lot from them as well as custom ordered vehicles through them. This dealership is dangerous, they are so great they make you want to find a way to but more vehicles from them. I had many issues using this dealership in the past and went to Jeep across the street - who was excellent. Was disappointed to hear Jeep combined with Dodge when I made my next appt. The appt started out bad, they didn't have my appt listed even though I had the confirmations. From there it went downhill. Dropped off Thursday night for an oil chg, tire rotate, check the radio and a thump in the transmission when taking off. Went to pick it up Saturday and the desk persona dn tech were not there that day so nothing was being done and no one knew what had been done. Monday: Was told the the radio is covered under warranty, could not duplicate the transmission issue and now there is a major leak in the evaporator cooler and evaporator control center. Funny I hadnt had any issues with that but it also should be covered under warranty. Thursday I find out the warranty person that came out only approved the evaporator cooler leak and nothing else is being approved!! finally able to pick up the Jeep on Friday! Communication was horrible, mechanic obviously was questionable (by me and the warranty folks). Left and when I took off from the first light I heard the clunck in the transmission and the radio reset 3 times!! Went and traded it is but looking for a new Dodge mechanic for sure.

I don’t normally write dealership reviews, but this experience was worth taking the time to recognize. I traveled from Utah to purchase a used vehicle from Larry H. Miller in Denver, and the entire process was better than I could have hoped for. From the beginning, everyone was upfront, responsive, and respectful of my time. There was never any pressure to make a decision or purchase additional products. Brett, the General Manager, has assembled a first-class team that clearly takes pride in providing outstanding customer service. Lucas made the buying process simple by communicating consistently and making sure every detail was handled before I arrived. Matt in Finance was equally impressive, securing an excellent interest rate and making the paperwork quick, easy, and transparent. What stood out most was how seamless everything felt, especially for an out-of-state purchase. The vehicle was exactly as represented, the staff followed through on every commitment, and I left feeling confident that I had made the right choice. I would gladly make the trip again to purchase another vehicle from this dealership and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and hassle-free buying experience.

Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

In July 2024, I took my Ram 2500 to Morehart Murphy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Durango, CO for a serious safety issue: the engine was intermittently revving on its own, sometimes causing the truck to aggressively lurch. I had video evidence, but the service advisor dismissed it, saying he couldn’t diagnose from a video. I explained the videos were supplemental, yet he authorized a repair unrelated to my concern. He praised himself for a quick fix, but the issue persisted immediately after I left. I sent another video showing the problem continuing. He told me to bring the truck back, but I had already left Durango for a prior commitment. I expressed frustration that he had confidently claimed the issue was resolved without addressing my actual concern. He tried calling, but I missed it due to poor service. He then texted, “I’m not playing this game,” implying I was avoiding him. His tone was condescending and dismissive. I filed a formal complaint with Chrysler. When the service advisor and I later spoke, he opened by referencing my complaint — a comment that felt like an attempt to guilt or intimidate me. He emphasized how hard he’d worked to return my truck quickly, as if speed mattered more than resolving a safety issue. He said it bothered him that I didn’t appreciate his efforts and told me not to return to the dealership. Since then, I’ve heard multiple similar stories about this service advisor, and about others being banned after raising concerns. The fact that he had the authority to ban me — and that the dealership backed him when Chrysler investigated — speaks volumes about Morehart Murphy’s leadership. It’s troubling that the Chrysler Corporation doesn’t seem to have more oversight when safety is involved. I then took my truck to Advantage Dodge in Farmington, New Mexico. Their team took my concern seriously, reviewed my videos, observed the issue firsthand, and acted immediately. It turned out I needed a new engine — it was dangerous to be driving the truck. Advantage Dodge provided a loaner vehicle, while Morehart had made me pay for a rental. Chrysler later reimbursed me, recognizing Morehart Murphy’s mishandling. The truck was still under warranty, so the full repair was covered. The contrast between these dealerships couldn’t be clearer. Morehart Murphy dismissed a safety issue and punished me for speaking up. Advantage Dodge listened, acted, and ensured I was safe. Morehart Murphy never followed up, apologized, or acknowledged the severity of the issue. Their refusal to take responsibility and decision to ban a customer over a safety concern shows where their priorities lie. This wasn’t just poor service — it was reckless disregard for customer safety. I strongly recommend avoiding Morehart Murphy Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Advantage Dodge earned my trust through integrity, responsiveness, and doing what’s right — the kind of dealership every customer deserves.

Out of 4 vehicles I bought here. Two wound up with blown engines, the last one being a 2020. Both vehicles blew engines within two weeks of purchase. I was told it would be 5 weeks till they could even get it in to be looked at much less repaired. In the wait I ordered a new gladiator based on interest rates rising and wait time. I wound up purchasing from another dealer while waiting. Got an excellent interest rate and great incentives on a 2022 ecodiesel model. It came in at $42k the gasser from Victory came in at over $50k over original order price. I took my 2022 in for a warranty claim on a cracked windshield. The service staff laughed, without writing anything stated jeep would turn down the claim. Never mind there are internet posts as to jeep replacing glass. Some words were exchanged, I left. End of story? No. The owner called me threatening me, telling me they won't do my warranty work. To take it back to the dealer I bought it from. Steer clear of this dealer. Huge reputation for selling junk and in this case, calling my work number to complain about a personal problem.
