I completely forgot to update the review here. Update: Improved Experience with Grand Kia, about 6 months ago. After a challenging start with my 2020 Chevy Equinox, I want to provide an update on my experience with Grand Kia. Initial Problems: I purchased the vehicle on January 11, 2024, and faced significant issues almost immediately. The check engine light appeared the day after purchase, and despite multiple visits to the dealership, the problem persisted. Service was often slow, communication was poor, and the issues were not effectively resolved. Resolution: After posting a negative review, I was contacted by the dealership, which led to a notable improvement in service. Jim from the service department took a proactive role in addressing and fixing the turbo issues with my vehicle. His efforts, along with support from General Manager Jose, were instrumental in resolving the ongoing problems. They both demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction that was previously lacking. Overall Experience: While my initial experience was frustrating, the follow-up service and dedication from Jim and Jose have been positive. Their actions have restored my confidence in Grand Kia. It’s clear they value customer feedback and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. Recommendation: I appreciate the efforts in turning my experience around. For potential customers, I recommend engaging directly with the service team and management to ensure clear communication and effective resolution of any issues. Grand Kia has shown they are capable of delivering quality service when properly addressed.

Took my car in for it's first service. When the service technician was finished explaining what they had done, he asked if there was anything else they could do for me. I then asked if it was possible for someone to help me get the Navigation system set up in the car. He asked me to wait for a second while he went to find someone to help. He then introduced me to Adam, a salesperson. I told Adam that I am NOT a "techno person" . Adam was SO patient and helpful in getting the system set up on my RAV 4 and it only took a few minutes. I really appreciate what he did. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership, from the service dept to the cashier was so friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to do business there. I've had the GREAT fortune of working with Keith Ketchum and his service department on my 2007 Chevy. Keith has gone to great lengths to get my truck up and running again. Having worked at dealerships previously I know that the only thing that any dealer has to sell that is different than the other dealers is SERVICE. Keith goes out of his way to make sure that customers get the BEST possible service. Would HIGHLY recommend King GMS's service department of all my family & friends!! So much respect for Keith Ketchum & his Service Team!! GREAT JOB ! ! !

I found mouse droppings inside the vehicle and drove right to Markley Motors - Will Stenner was so amazing- he got my car in immediately as I was heading out of town the next day. The “mouse problem” was taken care of. He was helpful, kind, answered all my questions and took the time to explain things. I have gone to Markley for 25 years and have only had great experiences.

A few days ago I pulled into the dealership with a VERY flat tire. I don't own a Hyundai, but Madisyn came right out and welcomed me and said they would help. She grabbed Tyler from the service department and they changed my tire to my spare and got me and ,my son on our way. Their kindness and willingness to help was so refreshing. It was a fantastic lesson for my son to see our community step up to help each other. Thank You Madisyn and Tyler - you made a difference!

Have nothing but great things to say about their service here. Andrew went above and beyond good customer service. They fixed my vehicle and took car of the bill through the Calgary dealership. My son's Acura RDX broke down on his way to Denver from Lincoln Nebraska. I called the dealership late Saturday afternoon and Kemal helped me find someone to tow it to the dealership. Monday morning Kemal worked to find the parts needed to get my son back on the road. Kemal was amazing and so helpful during a very stressful time for me and my son!
