Jacleen Garcia was my service advisor. The problem I had was a rattle noise in the driver’s side rear door at the speaker. The problem persisted when I played music in the car. Jacleen was my advisor from start to finish. I had to come in 4 times for this problem. The failure of the first 3 visits was the fact that the part that was ordered was damaged inside the box each time, so, it could not be installed correctly each time. The final time the part came in good shape and the install was completed. Each visit required a full day drop off and I am in real estate, so giving up my car for a full day, let alone 4 of them, is disheartening. With reason I was very unhappy about all of it, but Jacleen Garcia handled the situation with poise and grace. She was extremely professional with me, made sure to keep me in the loop on the arrival of parts and kept me up to speed on the repair process each time. She was pleasant and friendly throughout a process that lasted about 3 to 4 months. I love receiving this kind of service and I always speak out when I do. It isn’t easy to remain consistent over that long of time. Jacleen is amazing and is the single reason I walk away with a positive experience overall!

Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. Truly a class above other dealerships!
