Polite service team and motivated to do quality work for their customers. I had an issue with some interior work done incorrectly. The management stepped in and made it perfect again.

They have a good selection of cars and the dealership itself is very clean and comfortable. They make good offers on used cars and their pricing is reasonable. I had an issue with them getting my registration into the DMV and when I went in for my first oil change it took 3.5 hours. Needed my brakes checked and was told I'd need to leave my car with them for 5 days. 5 days to just check the brakes, not do a brake job, just check the brakes. The staff has been helpful and responsive but if they offer any sort of warranty or service plan I would recommend going somewhere else for it if you value your time.

In speaking to the service advisor I told him that I had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 p.m. that I could not change. I needed to be driving away at the end of three hours at the dealership. The service advisor told me they could get me done and gone in 2 1/2 hours. He was wrong. He had me done and gone in two hours! And my truck looks great with the new grille! I would have liked my service rep to have kept me informed w a first text of call. I the several weeks or more, I made the initial phone call to see what was happening and when to pick it up. Pick up date which I was given several weeks in advance wasn’t going to happen when I called. Had to leave car there for an extra 2 weeks since I was going on a cruise.
