I had to deal with this shop in an emergency situation, and my only regret is that I don't live nearby to send them lots of business! I met nearly everyone in the shop during this saga, and everyone was helpful, professional, and knowledgeable! The GM even came out to say 'hi' at one point... great place!

Polite service team and motivated to do quality work for their customers. I had an issue with some interior work done incorrectly. The management stepped in and made it perfect again.

They have a good selection of cars and the dealership itself is very clean and comfortable. They make good offers on used cars and their pricing is reasonable. I had an issue with them getting my registration into the DMV and when I went in for my first oil change it took 3.5 hours. Needed my brakes checked and was told I'd need to leave my car with them for 5 days. 5 days to just check the brakes, not do a brake job, just check the brakes. The staff has been helpful and responsive but if they offer any sort of warranty or service plan I would recommend going somewhere else for it if you value your time.

I purchased a new black grille for my Sierra Denali and I arrived at the dealership at the prescribed time for the install. In speaking to the service advisor I told him that I had a scheduled appointment at 1:00 p.m. that I could not change. I needed to be driving away at the end of three hours at the dealership. The service advisor told me they could get me done and gone in 2 1/2 hours. He was wrong. He had me done and gone in two hours! And my truck looks great with the new grille! I appreciate everyone involved in accomodateing my request. Thank you AutoNation Buick GMC Park Meadows!

I would have liked my service rep to have kept me informed w a first text of call. I the several weeks or more, I made the initial phone call to see what was happening and when to pick it up. Pick up date which I was given several weeks in advance wasn’t going to happen when I called. Had to leave car there for an extra 2 weeks since I was going on a cruise.

Pavel helped me out on my recent visit to the service department. I had some issues with my brakes, and even with the team being busy with their current workload, was able to come out and take a look. They had the parts in house, and was able to fix my issue within a couple of hours! I was very impressed with the service department, and I really appreciate Pavel with the help he provided getting my Jeep Grand Cherokee up and running again so quickly! Thank you Pavel!
