Took my car in for it's first service. When the service technician was finished explaining what they had done, he asked if there was anything else they could do for me. I then asked if it was possible for someone to help me get the Navigation system set up in the car. He asked me to wait for a second while he went to find someone to help. He then introduced me to Adam, a salesperson. I told Adam that I am NOT a "techno person" . Adam was SO patient and helpful in getting the system set up on my RAV 4 and it only took a few minutes. I really appreciate what he did. Everyone that I came in contact with at the dealership, from the service dept to the cashier was so friendly and professional. It was a pleasure to do business there. Thank you

I've had the GREAT fortune of working with Keith Ketchum and his service department on my 2007 Chevy. Keith has gone to great lengths to get my truck up and running again. Having worked at dealerships previously I know that the only thing that any dealer has to sell that is different than the other dealers is SERVICE. Keith goes out of his way to make sure that customers get the BEST possible service. Would HIGHLY recommend King GMS's service department of all my family & friends!! The “mouse problem” was taken care of. He was helpful, kind, answered all my questions and took the time to explain things. I have gone to Markley for 25 years and have only had great experiences.
