I purchased my 2nd car from this dealer and up to that point I had no complaints. However, after purchasing the 2nd car for $40k, I learned they don't include the SDNav card. So I purchased an after market bcuz of the stupid amount Mazda charges for theirs. I needed to update the Nav card but was unable to do so myself. I called Mazda and they said sure they can do it, just bring it in. I took it in, and they told me no, we can't update it, but you can buy a new Mazda one. This will be the last Mazda we purchase from Bob Penkhus.

Nate handled an out of warranty issue and even kept the car overnight to be sure it was fixed at N/C. We didn't expect that and are most happy to have found a new home for continued service

I called Steamboat Motors and was referred to Martin Beckett. He knew exactly what I wanted, had it in stock, took payment and brought it to Craig at the end of the day, saving me a couple hours.
