AutoNation has been doing service on my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for years now. Every service was exactly what I'd expect from a great service department. I have 220k+ miles on the Jeep now, and I trust them to keep it going for a while still.

Service manager and technician was honest and straight forward with the work that needed to be done along with the pricing. They gave me the max discount and then some. I even received a call after the service was completed to check on my car. That was a pleasant surprise you definitely don't get at the chain locations. I would definitely recommend.

The Service Advisor, Jessica, was wonderful. Great listener, great communator. The cost to complete the repairs were expensive, but worth the price. What is a problem is the cost the charge to use a credit card. Please be aware before you arrange service. This practice need to change!!!!!!!!
