Unfortunately played phone tag with Manger and never got anything resolved. Went in for 1st check up and oil change and walked out of there with new oil and a 8k estimate on repairs with no fluids refilled anything resolved. Went in for 1st check up and oil change and walked out of there with new oil and a 8k estimate on repairs with no fluids refilled or any real explanation on the up keep of car. Only given the information that acura recommends anyways, but only major repairs such as timing belt and water pump but nothing mentioned about brakes weather good or not, struts, tires, fuel pressure, air filter (which ended up being trashed) which are pretty simple to check. Also brought in shroud that had fallen off and told them it was in trunk and I would pay to get it put back on and didn't mention anything about putting it back on. Feel like for bring courtesy acura and paying $100 I would receive more than just a basic oil change. I am a busy man just like everyone else so really didn't have the time to go back and forth on what he said she said when it comes to what was actually done but I know for a fact I walked out of there with a blank inspection form and a quote of over 8k in repairs. Could be my fault as a customer for not being as persistent as I should have been to make sure the work was being performed but I feel like I was taken for a ride. More

I really enjoyed my experience with the service department at Courtesy Acura. Everyone from the person that greeted me when I pulled in to the person that delivered my car to me when it was done be department at Courtesy Acura. Everyone from the person that greeted me when I pulled in to the person that delivered my car to me when it was done being worked on was incredibly friendly. The service was done perfectly and even quicker than I was told it would take. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that needs service on their Acura. More
