I have never had a problem with ford service until last week I asked for an invoice on tires etc, I was told i would get it soon. After several calls and emails I still never got the invoice.Well today I must have got the right person because it happened right away..thank You

Great experience with Chris Wotton. He took care of all of my needs. He was very patient, walked me in and out of the dealership right to my car. Never pushed me for additional service. He was very pleasant to deal with. While I was waiting for my car, I got to visit with my salesman, Chris Brosnan. He always has time to talk with me and to make sure everything is okay with my Buick.

Connecticut law is all persons indoors must wear masks. Wetmore’s JEEP employees are NOT WEARING MASKS.. 7 out of 11 employees I was close to were maskless - One man shouted it me that he was 6 feet away and that’s all he had to do. I was meant to sit in a room with several maskless employees ( David) talking on the phone while my oil was changed. The employees refused to comply and were very angry. It’s a shame because the two service managers ( both masked and behind glass .(Tyler) are great.

Have not gone to any other place for cars and service since 1977. Never brought the car for the same repair twice and saving me money on discounts and incentives.

The service associate, Cayenna Cullers, I dealt with was exceptional. I needed some major repair service on my vehicle and she was able to communicate with Hyundai, on my behalf, to get a fair price for the repairs. She was knowledgeable and kept me informed as the work progressed. A definite 10 in my book.
