There was not a scratch to be seen on the entire car, and they spot-painted an area my keys had scratched by years of opening the drivers door. The new rear window, which I paid for, (alabeit twice the price quoted by my former mechanic) circumvented a safety hazard of the old clouded plastic window, and the fit was perfect. They also went the extra mile to glue other items on the convertible top, and my car looked fabulous. We can change the "quality of work" rating to a 5 on my former abysmal evaluation.
