Oh my gosh! Where do I begin? Michael was so easy going to work with showed me several different SUVs until he came up on the Buick envision that I absolutely fell in love with. Michael was very courteous respectful of my time and all the confusion of trading vehicles but he understood and he worked very well with all of us. The dealership was nice and clean.
