I found a car online that I loved, but I didn't realistically think I'd be able to make it work with my tight budget. I also had a car with sentimental value that I needed to sell or trade-in first. I made the appt for a test drive anyhow, and Jaelin and Peter made the process smooth and stress free from the get-go. They not only got creative and made it work within my budget, but also presented me with a super fair offer for my trade-in (that didnt break my heart!). I'm really grateful that everyone at Beaver Mitsubishi was so chill and helpful. Now my family has a way safer and more stylin' vehicle for the next chapter of our adventures!

From the moment we stepped through the doors, the entire team was welcoming, kind, and genuinely happy to help. My wife and newborn were with me, and every time my son got fussy, the staff would stop by with smiles, talk to him, and help keep him calm. That alone speaks volumes. We all know the stereotype: car dealerships are stressful, pushy, and exhausting. This experience was the complete opposite. It was honestly sensational. Hansel, my sales rep, deserves special recognition. With only about a month in the business, you’d swear he’d been doing this for years. Professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly positive. He had the car ready for a test drive, never rushed me, and walked me through every question without pressure. That’s rare. Javier in finance was just as impressive — personable, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable to sit with. Bought my G4 almost yr ago. Amazingly i have 15k miles on it. All i have done is pit gas in and two oilchanges which have been complimentary. I must have owned 30 cars in my lifetime, including some expensive ones 911s, and i can't say this is 'the best' lol, but IT IS the best considering price. Incredible fun to drive, does 70+ hwy easily, Doesn't use gas, or so seems. I like it so much i've decked out interior w seat covers Miami Dolphin colors. Just great car. The buying experience was great, but the service experience even better. On the highway in freak occurrence one of my grill panels was pulled outby piece of truck tire. Replaced total cost like 50 bucks. No charge installation. Incredible. Who does that? They got me in/out in 15 mins. Another dealer would have taken advantage of situation. Kudos for honesty and integrity. They have a client for sure now. Shout out to partd dept i think Rafael, Danny the front desk i think who 5star all way. You honestly don't find that kind of service anymore. Thank you!!!
