Robert was very helpful and patient. He got all of my car issues resolved, and it is SO much nicer to drive now. This is the first time I've really spent any money fixing it (it's a 2016), so it's been a really solid car with minimal issues. And you can't beat the free loaner car! They even came to my house to pick my car up and drop it back off once it was repaired.

Your surveys are incomplete. The service from Tom Gamlin was great. The service from the insurance company supplying parts was very bad supplying used parts that were damaged and had to be replaced with new parts. My car not being done on time was the insurance companies fault and not Tom Gamlin. You reviewed him and held that against him. He had nothing to do with the finishing time if they didn't supply correct parts on time. I want you to change his evaluation from me to excellent across the board and not hold him accountable for any long delivery. I am referring to speed of service which you misinterpreted and held that against him. You need to change that to excellent.. Please reply back.

From estimate to vehicle pick up, a smooth and seamless experience. Got called twice a week with updates on repair progress. Finished work was second to none. This shop came highly recommended by a friend who had work done on her car. I am very satisfied with the work at the price I paid. Very professional auto body technicians made my car look like new. I was looking for flaws but didn't find any. Thank you Mike, Jon and the rest of the team for taking good care of my car.

Exceptional service and stand behind their vehicles. I had a failure with the instrument cluster panel behind the steering wheel of my Q5 at 30,000 miles. I was told it was a very odd failure by Tony Cardinale my service advisor. I paid Audi Naples to replace the cluster in April. In May, I was contacted by Tony that Audi wanted to fully reimburse me for the repair! An amazing outcome and they have always provided great service every time. I plan to be a long time customer.

We located the vehicle online, made an appointment and were greeter by McCartney. He had the vehicle ready to test drive and away we went. Brought it home the next day but noticed a concern with the brakes. They contacted me within the hour, brought in the car as scheduled and was out with a loaner within 15 minutes.I then received a video of the tech researching the concern. Who does that?! I was amazed at their level of detail. Picked it up with the concerns corrected the next morning. It was a great experience.

They took a video when it was done to show me what had been done and the condition of the car. The people were super nice. My service advisor Kristy Harrington was amazing. 10/10 experience.

I was traveling south on I-75 from Maryland and my battery warning came on on my Q7. We had no AC as well. We found the closest Audi dealer. When I went in to the service dept. I was greeted by Christina Turner who took all my info and got her team to begin to diagnose my problem. She kept us informed of their progress. When they determined the problem, we were told they would correct it as quickly as possible. This occurred mid-afternoon on a Saturday, but they got us back on the road in a timely manner.
