This shop came highly recommended by a friend who had work done on her car. I am very satisfied with the work at the price I paid. Very professional auto body technicians made my car look like new. Very nice people, but initially had communication issues over getting truck in for service and getting a loaner despite it being basically brand new (under 4K miles). Once we got the truck in for service, communication improved tremendously. Technician went on a test drive with me and answered any and all questions. We did not resolve the parking brake issue yet.

Although my service was great it should not have been necessary. Garrett was wonderful to work with. He was fantastic!! Excellent employee! Great customer service. But I had the same exact work done 10 months ago. The parts broke. So I ended up paying yet another $800 for the same repair 10 months later. Just doesn’t seem right to me.
