Walker Ford came to my rescue when I encountered problems while out of town visiting family. The employees were courteous and attentive to my needs. Friendly but my cars issues weren't resolved. Instead they went ahead and completed some recalls. Unfortunately the mechanic didn't tighten and front flexible brake lines (after replacing it) and Instead they went ahead and completed some recalls. Unfortunately the mechanic didn't tighten and front flexible brake lines (after replacing it) and it leaked fluid on my driveway and lost braking ability due to low fluid, so it had to be towed back. They told me is was the bleeder screw but I have photos of the loose connection from their mechanic. Also the clip that holds the line to the frame was installed upside-down. They told me it had a drivers abs speed sensor code but instead of visually inspected it they gave me the car back. I inspected the abs sensor to find out that the whole issue was because the bolt that holds the sensor in the hub had backed out halfway so the sensor was no longer seated. The car was at the dealer approximately 3 weeks for a loose bolt. They also had me come back in because they forgot to write down the new serial number for the new airbag. More
