Scheduled appt for help with 2024 Tucson SEL A/C odor and phone connection issues. I thought my phone had an issue with connection and was quickly & kindly shown by Morgan in the service department it was only MY volume setting on car phone volume ( User error) :) AC needed the compartment filter changed and that has seemed to take care of the AC smell issue. Justin was my appointed service tech he was very kind , knowledgeable and helpful with the overall appointment. Loving the walk around service inspection video they email/text to show to review what was inspected ( Battery, Air filter & Cabin air filter) and what is found and suggested. Thank you Morgan & Justin !

Ryan had a service car ready, since our car was going to take a couple of days to complete. I'm still getting used to the text communication method with Gettel, but it was very effective in keeping us up to date on when our car was going to be ready. Painless couple of days and our car came back clean and road ready. Staff are all friendly and efficient at taking care of both our air-conditioning repair and the recall items that needed addressed from earlier this year.

On Saturday 4/26 I went to the dealership to get an oil change, Josh from service took care of me and he was very good. He informed me that the oil change mileage was set wrong at the factory and reset that so that I get on a 7500 mile oil change schedule and got the Tucson into service to apply a firmware recall. He said it would take 2 hours and I was out of the dealership in less than 2 hours.
