They took care of me from start to finish. They listened to what I said, I needed, discussed the costs, accepted any allowed competitor coupons, provided me updates along the way, a video from the mechanic discussing the findings of the multipoint inspection, and allowed me to approve or not approve any repairs based on the findings of the multipoint inspection. And all of this was done through text messaging which also allowed me to communicate with my service advisor, Michael, the whole time for any questions that I had. They also have a great new waiting lounge with free water, coffee/hot chocolate, snacks, and 2 large flat screen TVs. I was in an out in no time and there were no hidden surprises (extra charges or delays). Yay! I'll definitely be back!
