Terrible service. Everybody standing around speaking Spanish. Change of ownership is obvious. While waiting in line a sales person was trying get me to sell my car . My three year courtesy maintenance had expired by one week so they wanted to charge me 100 for an oil change.. Give me a break. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Albert the service manager will sure be missed

IT WAS FINE, HOWEVER THEY DIDN'T LOOK AT MY CAR THOROUGHLY WHEN I FIRST BROUGHT IT IN. AFTER THEY ORDERED THE HYDRAULIC LIFTS FOR THE BACK DOOR & I BROUGHT IT BACK, IS WHEN THEY ULTIMATELY NOTICED THAT MY CAR HAD BEEN HIT IN THE REAR DOOR & I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IT. I ASSUMED WHEN I COULDN'T GET THE REAR DOOR TO GO UP OR DOWN, THAT THE STRUTS WERE WORN OUT. BUT THEY SHOULD'VE CHECKED THAT OUT! NOT JUST ASSUME THAT WHAT I THOUGHT WAS WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS! IT TOLD ME, THEY HADN'T EVEN CHECKED IT OUT! IN THE END, I HAD YOUR BODY SHOP DO ALL THE BODY WORK REPAIRS & I AM HAPPY WITH HOW IT WAS REPAIRED.

I called this dealership on 12/1 to see if my car could be seen in service for a noise coming from turning the steering wheel. I was told there was an appointment available on 12/4 at 9am. Due to my work schedule, I dropped my vehicle off the day before. I called at 3pm on 12/4 and was told my car still had not been assigned to a technician and wouldn't have diagnostic ran until next day. I was told they do not go by appointment times, but rather a first come first serve basis. Which made NO sense as my car was there the DAY before my appointment, and they weren't even open on Sunday when I left it. I picked up my car and transferred it to another dealership and was able to get diagnostic ran in a timely manner. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, ever. STAY FAR AWAY.
