I bought my new G35S at this dealership less than a year ago and have had all my services/maintenance conducted at the same location. Unfortunately, my experience during my last service was appalling and I will no longer be their patron.

Here's what happened - my car was in for a routine service, I learned that I needed tires and was quoted for 4 new tires. I agreed to the work but when I showed up to pick up my car and pay, the amount I was quoted had changed by $60.00. The service dept would not honor the price they quoted and said that I was mistaken. A shortly after I left the dealer, my check tires light went on. I took the car to Tires Plus on Atlanta Rd and they checked the tires in front of me. The air pressure in each of the tires should be 33lbs - my tires had 40 lbs each in the front tires and 23 lbs each in the back tires. I paid over $1,000 for the set and expect the dealership to be honest, honorable, and meticulous when performing services. This dealer gets an "F" for all three.

In this economy, there is no need to put up with substandard service. I am advising all my friends who own an Infinity to stay far away from this dealer.
