My previous experiences for service and new car purchase had been excellent. However on 19 Aug 2025 customer service was very poor due . Oil change service took 2HR 17 min. Previous oil changes & tire rotations took anywhere from 42 min to 1HR 14 min.
When I inquired about status with a service advisor (it wasn’t Ryan), the advisor went to check but never gave me feedback. Later I found him eating at his workstation. I did not get an explanation of why it was taking so long. Also, multi-point inspection had an “orange” & a “red” markers. No one brought it to my attention.
My “eye” check of the service advisor work area was negative, unprofessional due to eating, mingling/standing around. It was not this way on my previous visits.
I value your service and look forward to continued service from Tony Nissan.
