It is a very friendly dealership where the customer is put first. They have a great service area and body shop. The quality of work done there is par excellent. I have had two cars repaired in the body shop and they came out looking like brand new. I have recommended many of my friends to the dealership and they too have liked the service. The management is always there if there is a problem. You can even talk directly with the owner if need be.

Your telephone system is horrible. I found it nearly impossible to speak to anyone in service. Most of my calls went straight to voice mail. None of these messages received a return call. Two of my calls went to one of your stores in Springfield. I won't even say how I was treated there. This type of service has to be hurting your business. Everything is computer managed and when it doesn't work customers quit calling. There is no other option to talk to a person. Enough said. Fix it!

I have needed to bring my vehicle in for a few days and have helped to provide transportation by shuttle or loaner car each time.
