I have done bissness with Shields for years, but this is my first time In buying a truck from them. Rich Heintz helped me in the persuite of findind my dream truck and getting the best monthly payment possible. Both Rich Heintz and Rick Ingold showed me around the place and introduced me to every body that will be there to help me out with what ever I need. I would never have found my truck or even understood all of the ins and outs of my new truck without the learned help of Rich. Due to auto accident, I had the pleasurable experience of a highly qualified mechanic recommend a used car at Titan and completed the acquisition of my 2007 Mercury Mariner with Ross Paulos and Anna Krzysiak. I was considering shopping for my first car and had a few in mind along with several questions this being my first experience. I always get great service when taking my car in for service, or just an oil change at The Autobarn Volvo in Oak Park. On my most recent oil change visit, and with advice from service advisor Marc Kubil, I scheduled an appointment for having my brakes replaced, since the pads were very worn. I trust in them in spotting any problems before something goes wrong.
