From start to finish this team made our car buying experience an unbelievable success. We were in the market for a used Volvo S60 but didn't know where to begin. With one call to Vince we had a car located that checked all of our boxes plus some. A week later we were introduced to Holly who gave us top tier customer service and made the buying process painless. Finally we worked with Jeff to finalize things and he helped complete our purchase with the same great attention to customer service and care as the rest of the team. We absolutely love the car they found for us and feel that the low pressure / high customer care experience was second to no other car purchase we have made before.

We drove over 250 miles round trip to look at our new car. Bob Schell was our sales specialist. He was one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. It was truly a pleasure working with him. The entire experience at Gurley Leep Motorwerks was exceptional. We would definitely do it all over again next time we are in the market for another vehicle.

Beware of this dealership. Get a second opinion before dealing with them. I took my car to them because I had a signal of a malfunction headlight. They diagnosed my car and said it would cost me $1287.00 to repair. I had a module out. I authorize the repairs. Upon completion of the repairs I took my car home, put it in the garage and when I took it out a week later the same signals came on. I called them I had to set another appointment and this time I was told I had a module out and the cost for repairs was $3,300.00. I picked my car up after speaking with the manager. I then took my car to Coast to Coast on 96th and Keystone. They rediagnosed my car and explained they could not do the repairs and referred me to Worldwide. Excellent service at Coast to Coast. Worldwide diagnosed my car again and found I had a faulty drying pack. Replaced it. I paid $138.00. Thanks Worldwide for your excellent service. Again BEWARE OF SILVER STAR.

Thanks to their commitment, I was able to purchase my first car without a co-signer. The business manager, Nadeem Baig was wonderful! Since this was my first purchasing experience, he explained every process and focused on what was best for me and my financial situation. Not only did their business department go above and beyond, but their sales consultant, Milton Bouger was amazing!!! He was able to work with my schedule and explained every detail the car had to offer. Even 4 months after my purchase, Milton still contacts me to check up on me and the car. Wonderful business with wonderful staff. I would highly recommend!!

Always have issues with scheduling service on line and when you go in for your service after receiving confirmation, they tell you they don’t have you on their books! Lied to us about locks on wheels. We edited over two hours and while we were there there was two other men waiting on their car for over two hours that were very very mad about their service. We will NEVER buy there or bring our car there for service! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY CAN’T SEEM YO KEEP THEIR EMPLOYEES
