Ben made it very easy to buy the vehicle. Very friendly. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. Long story short....bought the vehicle on Saturday. On Tuesday we had a flat. Wasn't able to get to the tire dealership until Thursday. Tire dealer calls, needs the key to remove wheel lock. Obviously we had no idea since we only drove the vehicle 2 and a half days. It sat in our driveway Tuesday and Wednesday, not drove those days. After talking to tire dealer, I called your service department. I was told to bring it over and they could remove the lock. After our 90 minute drive we arrived at your dealership. No waiting, that us pull the Jeep in as soon as we got there. Unfortunately your master key was broken but 1 of your techs had a master key. He saved the day ! All 4 wheel locks were removed and replaced with standard lugnuts. Problem solved. Big Atta Boy to the tech with the master key. Everyone, from the receptionist I spoke to a couple of different times that morning, to the Service manager I spoke to several times that day, to the tech that repaired the tire ....All were excellent and done a fabulous job. Fortunately we purchased the "insurance/warranty" that covered repairing the tire and I'm guessing the standard lugnuts because our bill came to $72 or $79 and we paid nothing. Hopefully now we can enjoy our recently purchased vehicle without any further incidents. Oh.....and your service Manager has called/texted making sure we were pleased with the service. I should mention that I had noticed some scuffing on the wheel of the repaired tire. The service Manager asked me to check and make sure it was residue left from repairing the wheel. I wasn't really concerned. Yes I was disappointed that it was scuffed buy I wasn't going to press the issue because we were happy to have the wheel locks removed and tire repaired. Service Manager told me to let him know if it was scuffed or residue after I cleaned the wheel. Fortunately it was just residue. Tech done a great job dismounting wheel and remounting it without damaging the wheel. Big Thank You to All at Ed Martin dealership.

Just moved from Florida and when I looked up for Toyota dealership in my area Ed Martin dealership popped up and was great thing I choose it because from 1st call Mr Mohammed Awad gave me great impression way he answer my call and after I went and had my car serviced there was an extra great feeling about this dealership and definitely I recommend it for everyone to visit it and do the car shopping and service there 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 all the way

Dean Wirth is the best service manager in the area. I have bought a lot of cars and done a lot of service at dealerships and independent shops and he is the best. Seth is one of the service writers and he did a wonderful job for me on a recent service visit and taking care of some other concerns I had with the car. I have had some major work done on my 2013 335IS. The mechanics work is impeccable and flawless. The mechanics at Basney are highly trained and knowledgeable.

I purchased my first Chevy from a Mike Chase who is now the owner, the friendliness and willingness to work with me during my purchase then has carried over to the the attitudes that I have found in my dealings with Blossom Chevy since them, this last experience with the body shop was no exception the estimator was professional and friendly while doing the estimate. When the car was in for repair I was keep informed as to the progress of the work and the completion time frame of the vehicle. Everything was done very professionally and the vehicle was cleaned after the repairs were done which I appreciate very much. I certainly will use Blossom again for repair if the need araises.

I originally went to the dealership to change out my summer tires to the winter ones. I was curious as to how much my vehicle was worth since it was a 2018 and I knew the warranties were about to expire. I asked service to get a quote for me and was referred to Jaylon and Ashley. They showed me several cars but none of them had the interior color I wanted. I liked them both right away. I didn’t find out until later that it was Ashley’s first day. You would have never known it since she was very professional. They offered me several options and I went back the next day and to my surprise they had exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured and the whole experience was great! Ashley was also very kind and took me through the car wash and offered any assistance I needed. I feel she will be a great asset to the dealership in many ways. I also want to thank Scott, Zach, and of course Michael for his help!

My Lincoln serviced at Ford Dealer - George63

I expected good service at the Ford dealer but was surprised by receiving excellent service at this dealership. During a routine service visit for an oil change it was discovered my transfer case on my AWD car was cracked and leaking oil. The car did have a slight drive line vibration but I didn't report that. The service department pointed out this potential failure point and ordered the parts to fix it under warranty. It took a few days to to get the car in and repaired. I was provided a new Ford Fusion to drive, what a nice car. The repair was completed and my drive line vibration went away. The people treated me and my wife very well. Five stars from me were totally justified. Still love the Lincoln but will not hesitate using Capitol City Ford to service it.

I took my frontier pro 4X in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by service rep Jackie. I asked how long it would take and she replied 1 hour. If my timing was correct it was under an hour when Jackie notified me my truck was ready!! Jackie was very pleasant to talk with. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. The waiting area is very clean and furnishes snacks,coffee, water and bathroom facilities are spotless. Of course I will continue giving a 5 star rating because of the kind staff and service I receive. Thanks again. D. Stine
