I liked how my car was serviced. What I didn’t like was I didn’t hear from anyone about my car until I called. My appointment was at 9:15 am. I dropped off my car the night before. It was 12:30 pm and no one had called me to let me know what was wrong with my car until I called. At that time, my car hadn’t been looked at yet. I was told by Kevin that he would check with the mechanics and give me a call back. Kevin called back about 30 minutes later to let me know what the problem was and that it would be fixed in about an hour. I feel like if I hadn’t called when I did, my car would’ve continued to sit there. It shouldn’t have taken three hours to look at my car with a 9:15 am appointment.

I appreciate attention to detail and getting things done however my brakes seem to still have an issue and still squeak all the time. They told me because it was tired dressing that I put on my tires that caused this however the tire dressing I put on goes nowhere near the brake pads.
