Camryn Meyer was our Service Advisor a couple of days ago on our Outback. She is extremely knowledgeable, communicates issues very well and gives you options on what would be best for you. Absolutely no pressure and no scare tactics! She is also very thoughtful and considerate. Needless to say we will go back to Tom Wood Subaru and ask for Camryn when we need service!

Garrett was nice to work with. The service department was quick taking care of my oil change and tire rotation. However, the safety issues with my Jeep compass are horrible. When I take it thru the car wash in neutral it won’t go back into drive like it should. Even with putting brake on it won’t go into drive. I have almost been hit from behind with the way they pack you in. This needs to be addressed as a safety hazard! I’m not impressed with this Jeep.
