I previously left this dealership a 5-star review, but unfortunately I have to update it based on my recent experiences.
What should have been a simple diagnostic turned into an extremely frustrating experience. Over multiple service visits, my truck ended up spending a combined total of about 2.5 months at the dealership with very little progress. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I constantly had to follow up for updates.
The most frustrating part was that after I contacted the dealership myself, I was told my truck had actually been ready for about a week and that they had supposedly texted me. I never received any text message, so my truck ended up sitting there even longer unnecessarily.
My Service Advisor, Chelcy, was consistently dismissive and unprofessional. Every interaction made me feel like I was inconveniencing her rather than being helped. Instead of taking ownership of issues, I felt like my concerns were constantly brushed aside.
I also tried to resolve my concerns by speaking with Victoria, but unfortunately that wasn’t helpful either. Instead of receiving answers specific to my truck, I was given generic responses that didn’t address my questions or concerns, leaving me with very little confidence that my case was being properly handled.
Unfortunately, after these experiences, I can no longer recommend this service department. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
