On 9/24/2009 9:33:12 PM badlander wrote:this dealer ship had my truck three times and did not do the job correct . i told them the ball joint was makeing a noise and they kept telling me that it was the brakes , so the second time they said they fix the problem i got in my truck started it up and turned the wheel and the noise was still there . i then went and told the service adviser (Jim Hart ) who then went to get there machanic , he kept trying to tell me it was my brakes . i was told if i would bring it back they would fix it and get it squared away by Jim Hart . i did bring it back on 9-21-09 for the third time , but before i brought it in i took pictures and marked the ball joint that was the problem . there was no grease on the out side and inside of the boot around it . well, when i got it back this time they told me they cleaned the brake rotor and pads and that was the noise i was hearing . i then looked at the ball joint and now it had grease in the boot and all over around it . i then took pictures of this to show ford customer relations what was being done to my truck and to let them know of the fruad that was possibly being charged to them for the brakes . i do have the pictures to prove the dealership was out to deceive me . DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALER THEY ARE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOU.
