My service visit was great! I was out in a timely manner and they addressed all of my service needs. It was actually cheaper getting it serviced at the dealership than at one of the drive thru oil change providers. I paid less and also got my tires rotated so more bang for your buck!

Received great service from Bridgette Cagle Sales manager Rick Fleming, was very cordial & prompt with follow up information. When visiting the service dept I noticed a a 23 Gladiator, that meet my needs. Bridgette told me what she knew & guided me to the sales department. A young rep demonstrated the vehicle & Rick closed the deal to my satisfaction.

Jeremiah was a great help. The only problem I had, was understanding every word of the mechanic's video inspection. I already knew that it could be at least a week before they got to my car. It ended up being 2 weeks, but I had another car to drive to work. Otherwise, I was happy with the service.

After attempting to get my Nissan transmission repaired at an independent facility who after 1-1/2 years and $4600 dollars later it still wasn’t fixed. So I decided to bring it to Giles and got it back in just two days. Their service department was impeccable. And I’d highly recommend them!

Before the discussion was over I had to talk to Lorraine for a moment to tell her what a great job she was doing; Lorraine's customer service skills & talent are by far one of the absolute best I've ever encountered. She is indeed a gem for the Paretti team & I wanted to make sure she knew that, and if she'd said anything that had upset my husband or myself, it would only be known by the 3 of us but I was so impressed with her, I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW! I was on my way out of town, called these folks in a panic. They were able to see me quickly (1/2 hour after I called them!) looked at my car, give me a stop gap solution so I could get to where I was going, and charged me just for the fluids I needed. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

The service at Paretti Jaguar of Baton Rouge is really good. You get an appointment within a decent time frame and while you’re there they continuously update you about your vehicle and how long you can expect to wait, etc. They always diagnose any issues your vehicle may have and it get it resolved quickly. I’ve been taking my car there for many years and have always had a nice experience. Shout-out to Val who is very knowledgeable and is always pleasant to deal with!!

I WAS TREATED REAL GOOD, I WOULD recommend 👌 way better than Nissan on Lapalco.my things came up missing out of my truck,from being N there shop a little over three weeks and Manager take their sides as if I was lying.BUT THE SALESMAN WENT MISSING N ACTION FOR A While.I hated going therefore A truck rotation they put my truck on the other side on the ground not N the air,no one was working on my truck at all.three times tis had happen N I paid for them to do the job,N They lied N said they did it N they haven't.. Worst one yet I had to deal with.
