Best oil change experience ever. Richard, at the service desk took my 2018 Mustang GT in immediately and returned the car, ready to go in less than one hour!! I keep my engine compartment very clean. The mechanic left no signs he was under the hood. No drips, smears or oil anywhere but where it belongs, in the crankcase. But wait, there's more! The cost of this service was beyond fair. The fee was far below any other shop in the area. Gateway Ford in Ponchatoula now has another customer for life? Thanks Gateway!!

I tend to ask a lot of questions and he's very patient explaining things to me about my vehicle and the maintenance that is required.
