Daniel went above & beyond to make sure u was taken care of when my Kia had to be serviced. I was given a loaner vehicle to drive while mine was being fixed! I did not expect that but thankful because I dribble a lot for work.?it was a blessing to not be inconvenienced at all.

First, I would like to mention that the Honda Civic I purchased here has held up very well with few issues for 12 years now. They were professional and kept me up to speed with the work needed to be done with a repair on today's visit. The one thing I would advise people about when proceeding with a repair here is the cost. I considered dropping my car off here because of an offer for free diagnostic that cut $130 off the final bill. While I don't necessarily visit here for quick jobs like oil changes and rotations, they do offer mailed in coupons that are honored even after they expire. Keep up the good work!

Service advisor did not write down everything I said I wanted done. So, in spite of them saying I needed wheel alignment and they patched a tire, they did not rotate and balance like I asked. They should check history in computer to see if rotate and balance is due instead of ONLY looking for other things to get me to authorize. This should be SOP.

My appointment was for 9:00 am this morning for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. I was here early and after more than 1 hour and 45 min. I am still waiting. What's the purpose of an appointment?

Service department is friendly but incompetent. They had my car from July 13 until August 10, and the issue is still not resolved. The car makes an obnoxiously loud noise when started, placed into drive, and foot off the brake. It makes this noise 97% of the time. I brought my car in on the 13th. On the 17th they said it was the air condenser. On the 18th picked it up, still making the same noise. Brought it back on the 19th. Called me on the 20th & 21st after fixing heat shields, but it was still making the same noise. I did not hear back until the 27th when they said "we haven't done anything but it's not making the noise anymore!" I go over and it's making the noise. Every time I start the car, I show the technician the noise and he hears it. On the 28th they say it's a transmission mount and the part will get in Monday. Monday (31st) I get a call - my service advisor has been fired, and guess what! The director of service can't hear the noise. I give him detailed instructions on what to do to duplicate the noise. When I call a few hours later to check on it, they say "we hear the noise! We will replace the transmission mount now". I give them several days, call back to check on it. They say "were spinning the wheels right now trying to get the noise to duplicate!" I explain for the 30th time that the noise is only on idle and stops the second you touch the accelerator. "Oh ok! I will pass on this information". I did not hear anything else until August 8, when I called for an update. "They are test driving it now!". I get word it's done. I go to pick up the car. It is immediately apparent it is still making the noise. The advisor says "maybe it's just a normal noise (ITS NOT), let me get another Honda civic to compare it with, call you tomorrow!" I call near closing the next day, he couldn't find another civic but can't duplicate the noise anyway! I said call me if you can't duplicate the noise and I will come do it for you. Today I finally went in and just took the car. It is still making the same noise. Half a tank of gas is missing and my average MPG is 3 which I assume is because they sat there revving the engine even though I told them it only makes the noise at idle. I have never dealt with more incompetent people in my life.

Needed front brake pads, after delay getting the pads, they turned the rotors incorrectly and told me I needed new ones. They were not warped when initially dropped the car off.
