I was a loyal customer, buying my 2017 Kia Sportage here and returning for annual service for years. This recent experience was absolutely horrific and ended my relationship with the dealership. Key Issues: (1) Rude Management: The Service Manager and Dealership Manager were extremely rude, dismissive, and refused to answer my questions. They have zero people skills and should not work with the public. (2) Refusal to Support: They demonstrated they will not support loyal customers by refusing to help with a Corporate Kia claim regarding my engine failure. (3) WARNING TO OWNERS: If you own a 2017 Sportage, research the engine failures and sell it before 100,000 miles. Do not rely on this dealership for support.
