We recently purchased an Explorer from Rowe Auburn and could not be happier with our experience! Although his name is not listed here, Brian O., our salesman was top notch from the beginning to the end of the sale, and then beyond when we had to return for a few small details. He was always courteous, respectful, and beyond professional with all interactions. Brian was very quick to respond to all questions and truly made this experience seamless. There was never any pressure to purchase and the decision truly was made with all appropriate facts and answers to questions in place. New Battery Replacement - Mary Ellen
Joe Thibodeau and his Team of the Kia Service Department in Westbrook, ME are TOP NOTCH to say the least!! I needed a new battery for my 2010 Kia Soul Exclaim that I purchased new in October 2010. I love a clean car inside and out, but as we all know an older vehicle isn't very pretty under the hood. When getting home I popped the hood open to just look at the battery. Much to my surprise and delight everything under the hood is clean and immaculate, not just the new battery. .
Joe is such a gentleman and VERY PERSONABLE. I would also like to thank the technician who did such a great job too. I don't know his name, but please recognize him. The last time I was in for routine service he mentioned he had never seen such a clean car inside and out. He made my day that day, but even more so today for the fantastic job he did.

Due to an unforeseen medical emergency I was unable to keep my appointment with Van Syckle. When I called the sales mgr to explain my situation he assured me no worries. He picked up my car himself, took it to the dealership where they changed my oil, inspection sticker & took care of a minor recall. My car was returned to me promptly...I appreciated the service so much. We live 70 miles from Van Syckle so for them to handle this meant a lot to me. Definitely refer friends & family to them!

DON'T GET SERVICE HERE!! They charge you through the teeth for things that they lied to you about charging you for! Also watch out for the 10% FEE they ADD to ALL service repairs! (Even if they didn't repair anything!) They make up bogus claims about the reason why something is wrong with your car. Their reasons are illogical and make no sense! They also go on to tell you that what was told to you is not what that person actually said when they were not even there! Find another KIA dealer!!!

When we arrived the salesman held the door and catered to my every need. After being there for an hour, the sales manager comes out with an offer that actually made me laugh. Basically told us take it or leave it. I have a super credit rating and this was without looking at my credit. So guess what I left it. I won't be back Charlie.
