Rowe in Auburn was super easy to find. From the moment I stopped in, it was a place with friendly faces. Everyone was very nice and wanted to help me any way they could. For me, I was not planning on buying a new vehicle, but due to an unforeseen car accident that totaled my previous vehicle I had to begin my search quickly. I only had about a week to look before my insurance company would come and tow the old one away. I realistically only had about two days to find something new with my tight work schedule. It was a very stressful time for me and I began to become frantic as time was ticking away. Nerves shot, and anxious my family and I stopped at the dealership and began our search. We were quickly greeted outside by Jimmy Rodden. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and most importantly put me and my needs first. I was under a time crunch, budget, and a whole lot of stress. I had a few emotional melt downs, and he was nothing but kind to me. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable to buy a vehicle. He listened to everything I needed and helped me find the vehicle that met all my needs. He made me feel like I was important and his first priority. And most importantly that my next vehicle would be safe and was what I wanted. He was very personable and the few days we shopped around with him helping us we began to get to know him as well. This is very important to me. This shows me that he really enjoys his job and enjoys what he does for a living and that he cares about his customers. The thing is though, I never felt like a customer about to make a sale. I felt like a guest and my new friend was helping me find my next new car. Being so stressed out and emotional those days, my mind was running and my attention span was short. Jimmy was so patient with my crying, and asking him questions he already answered earlier. I was concerned about my car payments and what that would look like. Also with the recent accident, my insurance was certain to increase. I was under a budget and he helped me crunch numbers and see what I was comfortable with. He even helped me call around for insurance quotes!!! He tried to make the whole experience as stress free and painless as possible. The day I signed the papers and came to pick up my new vehicle he made sure I was 100% satisfied with everything. He even offered to bring the vehicle to my work if it wasn't ready in time before my shift started. Everything about my experience at Rowe Auburn was satisfactory. I ended up purchasing a 2016 Kia Rio. I've had it about two weeks now. I've received a few follow up phone calls to make sure everything was going great. I love the customer service here. Also I love my new vehicle. It fits my personality perfectly, I am so very happy with it. Everyone was so helpful and kind and for that I am so greatful. I even registered my new vehicle earlier today and I was missing a paper I needed when I was at the town hall. I called up Rowe and they quickly faxed it right over. Everyone has been so helpful. I recommend everyone to come to Rowe Auburn and visit Jimmy Rodden to help meet all your needs. I will definatley recommend Jimmy and this dealership to all my friends and family. I will also buy any future vehicles through him because he is the best most patient, knowledgeable, and kindest employee. I don't have any complaints, and he exceeded my expectations. It only lets me give 5 stars for a rating, but he deserves many many more.

After making an appointment to test drive a 2012 Kia Soul I discovered my VW would not start. I called the salesman, Brian Oleson, who offered to come to my house to pick me up. He also jumpstarted my car and drove it to the dealership for an estimate on trading it in. I purchased the Kia and found everyone I dealt with to be friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this Dealership to my friends.

When we arrived the salesman held the door and catered to my every need. After being there for an hour, the sales manager comes out with an offer that actually made me laugh. Basically told us take it or leave it. I have a super credit rating and this was without looking at my credit. So guess what I left it. I won't be back Charlie.

DON'T GET SERVICE HERE!! They charge you through the teeth for things that they lied to you about charging you for! Also watch out for the 10% FEE they ADD to ALL service repairs! (Even if they didn't repair anything!) They make up bogus claims about the reason why something is wrong with your car. Their reasons are illogical and make no sense! They also go on to tell you that what was told to you is not what that person actually said when they were not even there! Find another KIA dealer!!!
