Yes, he was polite and answered all my questions but no more. Yes, he let me do a test drive on the A4 Avant I was interested in but, immediately after, he waved me good bye. Yes, as I insisted he gave me a brochure but rounded his eyes asking "can't you go on the internet? You will find the same". Yes, he gave me a price list upon my demand but then again, waved me good bye and handed over his business card saying "make your configuration yourself on internet, send me an email and I will see what I can do for you". Candidly, I effectively sent him an email. He never answered. Probably a car at 40 000 USD under the diplomatic programme is too cheap to interest them.

I went to another dealer, Tischer Audi, where I received excellent service.
