I would really like to thank Bob Bell Hyundai's service department. I've owned two Hyundai Accents. Every time I go in for an oil change, it's a wonderful experience. They are professional and very efficient. I was quoted a 1 hour wait time, and they were done in under an hour. I recently had an issue with my car and they got to it first thing in the morning. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. I also appreciate their shuttle service if you live within miles. Their service department and their sales department are excellent. I was never fond of going to a dealership for basic maintenance but it is totally worth it! Sincerely, Amanda

Jim is not just a great salesman but a really nice guy. When I come in for service I peek into the showroom to see if Jim is with a client and if not, he is always welling to stop for a quick chat.
