Everyone else with whom I worked, including Christine in financing and Jack, who helped inroduce me to all of the car's features, was great. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this Volvo dealership. My Volvo broke down on a Sunday and had to be towed in. I honestly expected to wait until Thursday or Friday just to have it looked at because every other Volvo shop I called was booked out for weeks. To my surprise, they diagnosed it first thing Monday morning. What really shocked me was the diagnostic fee—only $49.99! That’s almost unheard of, especially at a dealership. Having worked at a Nissan dealership myself, I know diagnostic fees are often around $180 or more. Charging only $50 was incredibly fair and shows they genuinely care about their customers. The biggest reason I’m leaving this review is because of my service advisor, Sarayah. She was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She kept me informed every step of the way, stayed on top of my claim with my third-party warranty company, and made the whole process stress-free. The repair totaled about $1,400, and thanks to all of her hard work, I only had to pay my $250 deductible. My warranty company supplied their own replacement part, and I was pleasantly surprised that the dealership had no problem using it. Many dealerships refuse to install warranty-supplied parts, but they were incredibly accommodating and worked with me instead of against me. As soon as the part arrived Wednesday morning, the technician got right to work, and by Wednesday afternoon my Volvo was repaired and ready to go. They even completed an oil change while it was there. My car starts perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier. What impressed me most was Sarayah’s dedication. Even after the service department had closed, she took the time to call me around 6:30 PM after speaking with the warranty company just to keep me updated. That level of customer service is rare these days and truly deserves recognition. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Sarayah, for making what could have been a stressful situation such a smooth experience. I truly appreciate everything you did, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest, professional, and exceptional service.

He is an amazingly kind and patient sales person, I highly recommend Volvo Cars of Plymouth for your next choice when considering a new or used vehicle. We recently purchased our second Audi from Fathers & Sons (Audi of West Springfield). Another great buying experience and great price! We returned based on our prior buying experience and exceptional service over the nearly 8 years we owned our prior Q5. Both Vinnie and "Z" were great on the sales side and Steve the Service Manager is excellent. My wife and I have always felt that buying a car is also buying the ongoing relationship with the dealership as long as you own the car and we've never been disappointed. My entire experience during this purchase was pleasant. I have purchased vehicles at Bedard Brothers in the past and have always been treated with professionalism and courtesy. This purchase was handled by a different team in the Volvo building and was an easy and friendly process. Kerry in the service area went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was ready when promised and was always accessible to answer additional questions I had about the vehicle after purchase. Tanner in the finance department was personable, knowledgeable and very respectful of my time during the finance process. The entire team at Bedard Brothers are approachable, friendly and attentive. This was defintely a painless and easy purchase. And I couldn't be happier with the Volvo!

This is a rather small multi-marque dealership in Hyannis on Cape Cod selling Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW. Their Volvo inventory is miniscule (roughly one of each model), so almost every sale has to be a special order. I found the sales manager to be friendly but ineffectual, the Volvo salesman (there is only one) to be very nice and helpful, and a BMW salesman to be a bit uptight and snotty. Six years ago, a sales of two BMWs fell through because the sales manager didn't follow up and couldn't get me the cars I wanted on schedule. Three years later, a Volvo sale died on the table because their pricing was simply not competitive. Cape Cod has a lot of well-heeled retirees, and this dealership apparently feels that they don't have to be competitive in either service or price with off-Cape dealerships. They are friendly, laid-back, and generous with test drives, but they don't seem to be very interested in whether you buy a car from them or not. I didn't.
