I've experienced and observed professional, attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, safety conscious, and helpful employees who exhibited a level of genuineness while providing exemplary and stress-free service with a smile. The young man (can't recall his name) who greeted me upon pulling in for service made sure there was nothing in the car I needed during service. He also informed me that my scarf was dragging the ground, so that I wouldn't trip. Cody escorted me to the service area pointing out to watch my step. He informed me of an item that needed attention although not included in my service request. He even went above and beyond in frigid cold temperatures, after my vehicle was serviced and moved outdoors, to show me how to remove the bar in the cargo area to provide more space. Job well done to this awesome team...Thank you!

He was very knowlegeable about the vehicle and answered all our questions, sometimes several times over in order to explain the technology to us. Absolutely the BEST dealership we've ever been to! John in the service department went above and beyond to fix our car. He was so professional and told us, in detail, the repairs needed. It had MAJOR repairs and was all fixed within a one week time period and for a reasonable price. We will drive the half hour anytime in the future to go to this dealership!

Sadly I have watched my Mom get jerked around by the clowns in the "service" department. My Mom was having problems with her Subaru going dead, randomly. I checked the battery terminals and they were covered with corrosion. I asked my Mom why the didn't clean the terminals when they've had it in for "service", she said because they wanted to charge her to clean them up. These were beyond corroded. I cleaned up the battery posts and the connectors, problem solved. If you want to pay a premium for service and get the bare minimum, maple hill is the place for ypu

After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the second key fob that was at "the other location". After I left happy, I am now not. They tell me it is not a requirement to provide a second key for a used vehicle (and I agree with this statement). But this was a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle as I need 2 keys. When I contact the sales associate they tell me they will talk to the manager and I never get a call back and always the brush off. So I am sorry to say, what could have been a very good experience has now been tainted by a key fob and poor follow up after sales. So my families future car purchases will not be through Feldmans or any of their branches and I recommend to any that read this... If you are dealing with Feldmans make sure you get it in writing if you expect it to be done.

Love Fox Motor Hyundai Service center. Love Edith, a personal touch to their business. She's always there to answer your questions, help with scheduling and everything else. It's a service I trust, which can be very hard to find from what I hear others say about their dealerships. I continue to buy cars from this place because of the excellent service and Edith. I love my 2017 Elantra. I wish you hadn't changed the design. I don't care for tI he new Elantra model. I like the small, sporty look of my Elantra. I'm not exchanging it until you make something I like.

Do not bring your car here for service unless you are willing to pay $250 to run a diagnostic check that most places will do for free. Even if the work is under warranty or a manufacturer recall, find a different dealership! This place will find a way to overcharge you. Be careful, they may do stuff to the car without checking with you first. Accurate communication is a problem.

If I could do 0 stars I would. It takes over 3 months for them to fix the front end of my vehicle from a rock. Jan 20 is when I dropped it off. Hardly any communication, became the middle man for Enterprise and my insurance because no one including myself could get a hold of them. Even the direct line to the service advisor, nothing! Had to get corporate involved. Get my vehicle back for it YET to not be completely fixed. Horn doesn’t work, missing an entire piece of trim, no part is aligned correctly and looks like its been mod podge together. To top it off, been trying to get a hold of them, left voicemails and guess what, still no response! Im ready to sell my vehicle and never deal with a Hyundai related vehicle again! Thank you for the awful and irritating experience im still having to deal with.
