What I can say is now, when I need service done on either car, I'll actually go wayyy out of my way to either Land Rover in Farmington Hills or the Porsche dealer just down the street from them. 1. They never return voice mail messages.

2. They never call you when they are supposed to. If they say "I'll call you at 4 to let you know whether or not your car will be ready" then you can pretty much say its 50-50 that you'll even get a call back that day!

3. Even when you leave a message for a manager to complain, its hard to get a call back.

4. They are way overpriced. I called their Parts Dept. and asked how much a key for my Range Rover costs. The guy quoted me about $345. When I said "oh really, the parts dept. at Land Rover Farm Hills has it for about a hundred less!" his response was "okay fine I'll match that"....I mean...wtf!?

All in all, just bad service...I'm talking mostly in their parts and Service dept. I really hate driving out of my way so far, but its basically a case where for the life of me I can't justify giving these people a chance to even change my oil.

They're pretty friendly though...they just don't have a clue to what they're doing.
