Service dept & Donnie went above & beyond to find an issue with my 2017 Jeep Renegade. (It wouldn’t start first thing in the morning but after awhile would start all day long) nothing in the memory bank. Service worked with *STAR* and found the right download & kept it a couple more days to make sure it started in the morning. Excellent service!!

Update: Due to the really good communication- I am re-rating this service department 5 stars. They acknowledged the mistake, apologized and fixed the last issue. I would definitely recommend. Past review: I am so undecided on this dealership. I LOVED this dealership 4 years ago. The service was great and I loved our salesperson Bob Bence. Since he retired, I haven’t found a salesperson I feel as comfortable with there. Also, I had a sad experience with their service department recently. Short story - Brand new blazer’s engine was eaten by a red squirrel. Not drivable. Parts ordered, quote given, 2 months later - car finally fixed. Told me when I picked up my car “NO CHARGE “. Was elated- since I had my credit card in hand. Fast forward one week later - they called and said they made a mistake and I owed for the car. Wow. I would have given 5 stars at the time - regardless of the 2 month wait and price. But - to have the excitement of no charge and the thought that they did not charge me due to the long wait for my car - to only have them call a week later to say sorry - you owe us - was disappointing.

I have had an annoying vibrating noise in the interior roof. With Brian Hankey’s determination to find it and get it fixed, the problem has now be resolved. Whenever I have had any type of problem or service, I always ask for Brian and his continuously comes through for me. It is a valuable asset to the company. I highly recommend him to anyone who has a need to have any type of service done on their car. Thank you, Brian, again for you fantastic service. Not only owning a Cadillac is awesome, so is having Brian there to help in every way when needed.

I bought an F-150 from Sieman’s Ford in 2018. A good truck but recently the wipers would not stop going even if turned off. It turned out to be an electronic part, and Siemans replaced it. All competent but here is the praise. John in Siemans service department was diligent in helping get the repair claim accepted by Zurich insurance on the extended warranty I bought through Siemans. He called them several times after they initially stalled the claim. I appreciated his going to bat on behalf of me, a Siemans customer. I also appreciated his overall professionalism in handling the servicing of my truck. Hooray for Siemans Ford truck service!

The only thing I was alittle upset about was this is the second time after I get an oil change that 3 days later I receive a coupon in the mail .which is only good for that month. It would be nice to be able to save some money on a synthetic oil change

Service team went above and beyond! Turned a bad experience into a good one with all of the current part shortages. I appreciate their 'thinking' of the customer. This is the 2nd time they turned a bad experience into a good one due to current part shortages. Back in March, my vehicle was still not done due to a part that was not coming in on time. Service team and ownership made sure that it wasn't going to affect my upcoming obligations. They truely went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. These days, customer experience is almost gone in many industries, including automotive. I appreciate their understanding of my needs, and took care of the issue as fast as they could. Thanks again for your hard work!

Updated review: While it took some effort on my part, the general manager was willing to ensure the cost of the repair to my 2025 GLI was covered. While I'm still not particularly pleased with Keith Haverty's customer service mentality, my experience with everyone else at the dealership has been stellar in both sales and service. Overall, the sales experience was fantastic. Derrick and Kevin were very helpful, professional, and honest. Alex and Derek in the service department were also very helpful and I felt really taken care of by all of them. My previous experiences with the service department with my prior car (2017 GLI) also exceeded my expectations. While the Troy dealership is no longer part of the Suburban family, my experience with the Suburban Collection has been absolutely stellar over the years. I'm glad my issue is being resolved, as I've grown to feel some loyalty to Suburban as they've otherwise always taken care of me and my wife and made us feel like valued customers. Sometimes things happen, and I'm thankful that this could be resolved amicably and that the business relationship between my family and Suburban can continue.

The person over the phone or computer told me it would be over a month to get in for a new tire I asked to speak to Marcus he got me in within an hour got my tire changed fixed it was quick fast easy wash my car very very pleasant very good person to work with Marcus good guy been doing business there for years. I would highly recommend asking for Marcus when you go there and you will definitely get good service

Courteous, slow computers, does good work, expensive like the rest, good experience overall. If you’re not mechanical be careful that as a customer you don’t think of all mentioned maintenance issues as things to be immediately done. I had to decline them doing an issue because I knew it was not critical at this time. Enough said.
