I'm having trouble with my vehicle, the part that is going bad is listed online as being under a customer satisfaction program. I called the service department and talked to Tristen who was not the most pleasant person to speak with, She told us the part was not under recall, which is correct its not, however when I asked more questions about the part she transferred my call to parts. When they answered I again told them why I called and they said that we needed the service department. I told the guy that they just sent us to them and he at least tried to help, but transferred the call right back to service who then didn't answer the phone. This is not the first time we have had issues with the dealership, but it will be the last. I now have a vehicle that is unsafe to drive and we will have to take it farther to get it fixed.
