Service team went above and beyond! Turned a bad experience into a good one with all of the current part shortages. I appreciate their 'thinking' of the customer. This is the 2nd time they turned a bad experience into a good one due to current part shortages. Back in March, my vehicle was still not done due to a part that was not coming in on time. Service team and ownership made sure that it wasn't going to affect my upcoming obligations. They truely went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. These days, customer experience is almost gone in many industries, including automotive. I appreciate their understanding of my needs, and took care of the issue as fast as they could.
