Problem with UConnect. Thought I would save time by going to a nearby Ram dealer to service my vehicle. Not a good decision...it sat in their lot for (4) days. Even though it was 25 minutes away, I decided to go back where I bought my Ram.....Golling, Bloomfield, MI. Right decision! All professional...from the time I dropped it off until picking it up 2 days later. Thank you to Mike B in the service dept. ,who kept me constantly informed, and to the mechanic who spent several hours in finding, then fixing the problem.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Sunshine Toyota service department. I received a warm welcome from the front desk when I arrived. I asked for help with understanding some things about my car and someone was ready to talk to me and help, as soon as my car was finished with its required maintenance. I spoke with Jayden, a very nice man, who seemed more than happy to help. I asked several questions and Jayden was very patient and very kind with his answers. I never felt rushed or embarrassed that I did not know how to access many things on my new car. It was such a pleasant experience! I have been to another Toyota dealership in Dundee that was not a good experience and I will never go back to Dundee! I am so thankful for all the kindness shown to me at this appointment. Great job Sunshine Toyota! See you again in 5,000 miles!
