Excellent service department! Car maintenance and repairs are expertly done at a fair price. Their customer service is second to none - friendly, helpful, clear in their explanations of what is needed, and the most important thing - they are honest. I trust their expertise and recommendations. As a result my Honda civic is working well at over 340,000 miles. Paul Hoffman is the Service Manager and he is great at his job. I am so appreciative to be able to take our vehicles for service and know they will get fixed correctly and the price will be fair. It truly takes the stress out of car maintenance & repairs. And as an added bonus they wash the car at the end of each appointment. They are the absolute best!

I wrote a long glowing review 6 months ago about the excellent experience I had with MY Service Advisor Jonathan Katovich, The Service Manager Greg Edmund and The Technician named Gerard. We own a 2023 Ram Promaster 3500 High-Top Extended Work Van. It is very important for us to keep this van on the road 6 days a week and Golling Bloomfield has helped us meet that goal even thru some challenging rare issues where Chrysler Engineers had to assist us. Previously we had the van maintained at 2 different dealers in Macomb County. Both dealerships portrayed an attitude that we were a bother to them! By chance, we ended up with Jonathan Katovich as our Service Advisor even though he actually works on the Alfa Romeo, Fiat side. Now we get all service on our work van at Golling Bloomfield. The entire Dealership is a top notch operation. Kudos to The Gollings for taking great care of their customers and running a great business. Thank you, Charles Kubert Jr.

I had a very pleasant experience at the Sunshine Toyota service department. I received a warm welcome from the front desk when I arrived. I asked for help with understanding some things about my car and someone was ready to talk to me and help, as soon as my car was finished with its required maintenance. I spoke with Jayden, a very nice man, who seemed more than happy to help. I asked several questions and Jayden was very patient and very kind with his answers. I never felt rushed or embarrassed that I did not know how to access many things on my new car. It was such a pleasant experience! I have been to another Toyota dealership in Dundee that was not a good experience and I will never go back to Dundee! I am so thankful for all the kindness shown to me at this appointment.
