My minivan broke down on I-94 near Battle Creek, MI late at night. Thankfully we were near the vicinity. Had it towed and brought to Sunshine Toyota and stayed overnight in a hotel. Dealership sent someone at night. Thankfully we were near the vicinity. Had it towed and brought to Sunshine Toyota and stayed overnight in a hotel. Dealership sent someone to pick us up and waited at the lounge while the alternator was fixed. The customer lounge has snacks, sodas,bottled water and coffee. This is a rarity since most dealerships only have coffee and water. This made our 3.5 hour wait a lot more convenient. We left the dealership full and went on our way back to Chicago with no problems! Overall we had great service from Sunshine Toyota! More
