Bill Q. did an exceptional job working with me on the numbers. He is really sharp when it comes to figures and he had a great attitude and answered all my questions. He was able to find right away the vehicle that I was interested in. In fact, I originally didn't plan on buying that day but Bill made it seem like it was a good time to do so, and I agree. I would recommend Bill Q. for anyone looking for a new vehicle. Because I was going from a 2003 Solara to a 2017 RAV4 Ltd., the electronics and all the bells and whistles were quite overwhelming. Bill did a great job getting my Entune system set up and answering questions. I felt like there was so much to learn or know about. The only glitch was figuring out how to set the level of the lift door...with some research on Bill's part we finally figured it out. I think that someone like me getting a new vehicle, especially after all these years, a little more detail in the explanations of the vehicle would be helpful. I'm not saying Bill didn't do a great job but I think that Toyota should make sure their sales personnel are really very familiar with all the options in the vehicles. I am grateful for the time that Bill Q. spent with me and I truly appreciate his willingness to put up with my lack of knowledge of all the options and how to use them. I would recommend him to anyone that I know.

Worst Toyota dealership - Meri
I purchased a 2015 Highlander in February. The first morning after I bought it as I was pulling out of the garage the brakes squeaked. I have had it in there 4 times since then and even though they hear the squeak (also have it recorded on my phone) they said there is nothing they can do to stop the squeak that I just have to drive it. They didn't even give me a 2015 manual. It has less than 37,000 miles on it. I am the 3rd owner. I think I bought a lemon. Mike, the service manager was rude. I told him I was going to leave it there until it was fixed and he said he'd have it towed. I was in an accident with a semi a few years ago and know how important brakes are. Luckily my brakes worked then. I talked to several men with their own auto shops and they all told me the same thing after hearing the recordings: it needs new rotors and pads. I am currently in touch with a lawyer. You don't expect this from a car you just bought that is certified.

Always fast, friendly and professional. I trust the quality of the work that they do and their advice for maintaining my vehicle. I consider the service department an important consideration as to where I purchase my vehicle and maintaining a relationship with the dealer. In this case it's a win.

Not a good experience. My wife is looking for a bigger SUV. We found one at their dealership. We went in ready to buy. When it came time for the trade appraisal, I could tell it was over. They started out by bashing her current Suv. Saying things like , "they just don't hold their value". Then came in $1500 under what KBB suggests!!! Her current Suv needs nothing, brand new tires, and loaded. These guys are crooks.

Their Service Department is a SCAM - gross negligence all around. Be aware, service your car at a place where people care and have time. Worst dealership service dept. in Rochester.

We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.

I am currently leasing a brand new car from iron trail with only 8000 miles on it. The car has so many problems, and this service department is incapable of fixing them. I bring my car in monthly for the SAME problems. Terrible customer service.
