On February 21st, 2017. I decided that it was time to take another step in what has been a long struggle to self sufficiency and independence. After struggling for years with bad credit. I decided that it was time to roll the dice and try to buy a car. To get approved for a loan and to have car payments. (Is it weird that I *want* to make car payments?) I took a trip to Luther Brookdale Toyota. My heart in my throat, and my nerves wound up tighter than a spring.
There I met Yuri. And I have to say, I am not only incredibly impressed with the service that he provided, I am also incredibly grateful to the time and attention that he gave me. Between him and the Finance specialists, I was able to obtain my first car loan, and drive away in a beautiful new(ish) car! He was even able to get me into the Service Area so I could inspect the car myself. Which, as someone who spent many years in the Auto Industry was very important to me.

It was time to upgrade my car and clear one of my bucket list items. I have always wanted to own a Toyota Camry. After researching and test driving this car, I knew I wanted to own it. Trevor was a great salesman and he definitely made it happen. The Finance Department was awesome to work with. I picked up my car later in the evening and Trevor had family plans. Matthew was assigned to help me transfer my trunk items, setup my Bluetooth, go through car features, etc. I was so impressed on the quality time that was spent!! This dealership made me feel like Family and proud to be a Toyota owner!! Thank all of you for making a dream come true!!!

Buyers should be very careful purchasing vehicles from this dealership. Dealer is known to have identified a vehicle with severe frame rust and proceeded to sell such vehicle to an unsuspected buyer at full market price. Dealership uses shady agents and is unwilling to rectify impacts as a result of its deceptive practices. Buyers should use extreme caution when considering a purchase from this dealership.

Not a good experience. My wife is looking for a bigger SUV. We found one at their dealership. We went in ready to buy. When it came time for the trade appraisal, I could tell it was over. They started out by bashing her current Suv. Saying things like , "they just don't hold their value". Then came in $1500 under what KBB suggests!!! Her current Suv needs nothing, brand new tires, and loaded. These guys are crooks.

We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.

I am currently leasing a brand new car from iron trail with only 8000 miles on it. The car has so many problems, and this service department is incapable of fixing them. I bring my car in monthly for the SAME problems. Terrible customer service.
