We received very courteous service. I was able to pull in and helped very promptly. Toyota service only had the car for about 40 minutes and we were on our way.
The only negative was waiting on hold on the phone for at least 10 minutes.

My experience with Heintz Toyota goes back to 2004 when I bought my first Toyota Camry. I have nothing but high praise for this dealership. Every department and every aspect of my dealings with Heintz has always been nothing but very positive. Everyone is polite, friendly and accommodating. They take a personal interest in their clients and their level of competence is indeed professional. The customer service staff is friendly and helpful. When shopping around for a car you can be assured of meeting helpful and candid salespersons who work with you without giving you the feeling that you are being pressured. The service department is staffed with amenable and competent workers. If you need financing, their department is as helpful and competent as the others. And it does not stop there. The physical plant is very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Recently I had to look for another car because mine was totaled in an automobile accident. The process went very smoothly and I must thank Laurie Danberry who worked with me to find me the car that suited my every need. She was simply wonderful and I am very happy that I returned to Toyota. I wish that I could list the names of all of the individuals from whom I have received help over the years--they are all great people, but I would be remiss if I did not make special mention of Laurie Danberry and Mike Drysdale (Collision Dept.) Thank you, Heintz Toyota. I appreciate each and every one of you.

I'm happy that there are so many people that had a good experience at this dealership .... at least they didn't waste over 4 hours trying in vain to buy a camry from a seemingly completely inexperienced sales person. He was courteous, nice and was likely trying, but the overall experience was horrible. In 4+ hours of sitting and waiting you can see a lot. There seemed to be two "teams" working. One was the older men that you could tell had been in the industry for years, they were confident - almost arrogant...then there were the 'kids'. The new sales people that were trying, but consistently treated horribly by their older colleagues. Some conversations we overheard were downright uncomfortable for us to LISTEN to, couldn't imagine being the poor guy on the other end.
We really wanted to buy the camry - but somehow we just couldn't get to the signature line. They were going to call us in about 1/2 hour - 45 minutes when they were ready for us (we had 4 kids there with us, they were getting VERY bored) but the call didn't come. Not until the following Monday when someone called and asked "what it would take to bring us back in". Um....the call that we were supposed to get on Saturday?!?
In the end, we bought a ford. It was a MUCH better experience.

I did almost all my negotiating via email and didn't even meet Jon face to face until I came to pick up the car. He called within minutes of my inquiry on the dealer site offering to beat any price and he made good on his word. Jon is a young guy with an old soul. Very personable, charismatic and genuinely seemed to have my best interest at heart while still trying his best to make the sale. He responded to every one of my requests without ever being overly aggressive or intrusive. Honestly, after we switched out the car seats and packed in the kids, we wanted to take the guy home with us. Yes, he gave us the best price. But beyond that, he was a true gentleman. I'm proud to have done business with him. This kid is going places.

Buyers should be very careful purchasing vehicles from this dealership. Dealer is known to have identified a vehicle with severe frame rust and proceeded to sell such vehicle to an unsuspected buyer at full market price. Dealership uses shady agents and is unwilling to rectify impacts as a result of its deceptive practices. Buyers should use extreme caution when considering a purchase from this dealership.

I am currently leasing a brand new car from iron trail with only 8000 miles on it. The car has so many problems, and this service department is incapable of fixing them. I bring my car in monthly for the SAME problems. Terrible customer service.
Damaged vehicle. - Jodi
We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.
