I have now leased two cars through Inver Grove Toyota. I have worked with Jim Hayes both times, and had the pleasure to also work with Dean Rothenbacher this time as well. I am a younger adult, and often get concerned that I will end up over paying for a vehicle. I was given outstanding service both time that I went in to talk about the car I was interested in leasing. Jim and Dean were very knowledgeable about the questions and concerns that I had and ensured that they were doing everything that they could to make my experience great. After my first visit this time around with Dean, Jim called me to ensure that I was given everything I needed to make my decision. I scheduled an appointment with him the following week and he was just as wonderful as he was when I leased my first vehicle there two years ago. He made the process very easy, and tried to make it go by as fast as possible with the best results. I was not at the dealership long, and I walked away with a brand new 2017 Toyota. My experience could have not have been better, and I would not dream of going anywhere else to get a vehicle!

I walked in and was greeted right away by Diana Gumeniuc. She was awesome. Told her i was interested in a Camry. She gave me all the deals right away. With no further time waste i was test driving a Camry already. Less than 20 minutes I was signing for the new car and was out in no time driving it home. I really like the selling service here. Now i will have to see the maintenance service. I will recommend this dealership for buying a new car.

Unrewarding buying experience - Disappointed Buyer
Low end on trade- in valuation (passed on trading in) No room to negotiate on used vehicle price, not a single dollar and this was on a no trade transaction . Almost no need for a used car salesperson, just hang a tag in the window. Sales person was a great guy but appeared handcuffed by dealership policy. On the upside, I did find an exceptional vehicle.

Have had good experiences here in past but they were irresponsible when coordinating a time to pick up my leased car recently. Arrived and waited for hours. Salesman totally forgot I was coming even though I confirmed many times. Mass confusion over something so simple. Also, for service, it takes an hour or more for simple oil change or tire rotation. A bit long.

Not a good experience. My wife is looking for a bigger SUV. We found one at their dealership. We went in ready to buy. When it came time for the trade appraisal, I could tell it was over. They started out by bashing her current Suv. Saying things like , "they just don't hold their value". Then came in $1500 under what KBB suggests!!! Her current Suv needs nothing, brand new tires, and loaded. These guys are crooks.

Their Service Department is a SCAM - gross negligence all around. Be aware, service your car at a place where people care and have time. Worst dealership service dept. in Rochester.

We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.

I am currently leasing a brand new car from iron trail with only 8000 miles on it. The car has so many problems, and this service department is incapable of fixing them. I bring my car in monthly for the SAME problems. Terrible customer service.
