Friendly Service - Elizabeth Yzaguirre
I'm always greeted with a smile at Maplewood Toyota. The gentleman who helped me told me everything I needed to know about my appointment for that day. He even let me know that parts for a particular recall were now available, how long that appointment would take, and when would be a good time to bring my vehicle back in. Very efficient!
Excellent customer service! - Katalys
I was referred to Darin by a friend who said he gave a stellar service, and he was right. I found some other sales rep to be friendly and would not hesitate referring family and friends to them any day.
However, Darin will remain my go-to person for all my future car needs!

Third car from them, best experience yet - chris mclaird
I've purchased three cars now from Luther Brookdale, the first two experiences were great and this one was the best yet. I came in planning to settle on a car, tired of looking. Abdi was my sales person, and he listened to me when I talked about where I am in life, and suggested I at least look at two other cars. He found me the perfect car, I knew within two minutes of the test drive. He did not pressure me in any way and made me very comfortable, and he knew a car that fit me before I did. Would recommend him in a heartbeat. The finance and options people I spoke to were wonderful, very personal and easy to understand. Then to boot, they had a lot guy follow me to drop off a rental so I wouldn't have to get a ride.

Great experience with a trade-in/new lease at Rudy Luther! The sale was easy and Eric explained everything well. My pup had fun, too. :)
A happy customer. - Debbie Rieck
I stopped by this Toyota and saw the car I wanted. Susan Hoghaug helped me out. She was pleasant and knowlegable and so easy to work with. I would recommend that Toyota and especially if you're lucky enough to have Susan help you out. All of the people are so nice there!!!!
Receiving service - joy46
My experience was very good. I did not have to wait to get the car registered, my requests heard and work done. Allex was great in explaining the problems they found, what needed attention right now, and what will get checked next time. He quoted me a price and it did not change or come up to be more. He kept me informed along the way. I appreciated his interest in making sure I understood, that it was my decision to go ahead with it or not (not pushing me into doing it), and explained all the work done at the end. He was very helpful and made me feel good about the experience and service.
Heintz Toyota Of Mankato, MN - Kyle S.
Recently we made our third vehicle purchase with Laurie Danberry. Our 2015 Camry was totaled in a accident. We had to get a different vehicle quickly, so we checked out a few different cars. We realized very quickly that we would go back to not just the Toyota brand, but Heintz Toyota and our sales person Laurie Danberry. We replaced our Camry with a great 2017 Rav 4 limited with all wheel drive! Laurie is not just a great sales person, she really is a trustworthy friend who we can recommend to anyone who is searching for a reliable vehicle.
Awesome Above and Beyond Service! - Satisfied Guy
The guys at St Cloud Toyota did everything in their power to find my dream vehicle. I came to them with a tough list of requirements and my sales rep, Matthew Klitzke, busted his tail to bring not just one...but, numerous vehicles fitting the bill. STCT even offered to have some models shipped to their location. End of the day, I'm blessed to have had worked with such a caring and knowledgeable team and would fully recommend purchasing a vehicle from them. Ask for Matthew!
VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER - Dissatisfied and disappointed Richard
On 8/24/2017 I e-mailed Lake Country Toyota showing interest in a 2000 Chevrolet Corvette (their stock number15AA042P VIN #1G1YY32G6Y5125048) that they were/are advertising for sale. Brian Salisbury (salesman) replied to my inquiry by stating that he represents the Lake Country Toyota/Scion internet team. He then stated that I had made a great choice as this vehicle is one of the best values in their inventory. We then connected on the telephone and briefly discussed the Corvette. One of the first questions that I asked was if the tires were the original tires or if they had been replaced recently. He said that he would check and call me back shortly. Mr Salisbury called me back stating that the tires in fact had been replaced on 4/12/2016. I thanked him for checking and then I decided to drive to Baxter to check out and test drive the Corvette. (102 mile drive one way) I arrived at the dealership and was met by Brian Salisbury. We checked over the car and I then took it for a test drive. I was impressed on how the car handled and looked. I was not impressed with the wind noise and the stiff suspension. I told Brian Salisbury and their Sales Manager just that. We then sat down and talked price etc. They wanted me to drive off in the unit but I told them I had to sleep on it. On Monday morning 08/28/2017 I called Brian and made an outright offer on the unit. He talked with the General Manager Josh Miles and Josh then called me. We agreed upon a price based upon me "checking the Corvette over and making sure that everything worked to my satisfaction. " I then drove to the dealership and upon arrival went to find Brian Salisbury. He was busy with another customer so I told him I was going to go check out the car. The first thing that I checked was the DOT code on the tires. I was SHOCKED. The tires were the original tires that came on the Corvette that was manufactured in 2000. That is 17 plus years old. I couldn't believe my eyes. It is not only a huge safety concern but to replace the tires on the Corvette would cost me in excess of $1200.00. I then discussed the situation with the General Manager, the Service Manager and the parts manager. Not one of them knew how to read a DOT code. I then decided to WALK. I do not and would not recommend Lake Country Toyota to anyone. They rely on Car Fax. I rely on bending over and getting down on your hands and knees and read The DOT Code.
The evidence is clear: tires should have an expiration date. Older tires are substantially more likely to fail than newer ones. This is because tires are made mostly of rubber, and rubber degrades with age. Sunlight, heat, ice, and general wear and tear can accelerate the breakdown of a tire. Once a tire begins to break down, it becomes more likely to fail in the form of a tread separation–often at highway speeds, when the failure is most likely to cause catastrophic injuries or death.
For most tires, this expiration date should be six years from the date of manufacture. Tires age dangerously because of a chemical process commonly referred to as oxidation, which simply means that as the tire components are exposed to oxygen, the oxygen particles cause the flexible components of a tire to harden and bec?ome brittle. Over time, the tire will simply fall apart under normal stress, just like an old rubber band. Because this process occurs naturally, it does not matter if a tire is being used, stored as a spare, or simply waiting on a store shelf for an unsuspecting consumer.
buying used vehicle - chocolategor;
Dealt with Spike when buying our used Highlander. He was down to earth, professional, knowledgeable. We were disappointed to find corrosion on battery once home, and tires were not inflated correctly; pressure light went on by next day after driving vehicle home. Spiked helped arrange an appointment with the service dept to look at the battery and check the hitch, which we appreciated. He promptly returned calls to us about the above. Overall, we are happy so far with service at Walser Toyota and with Spike's assistance.

Buy a new car-corolla - JJcorolla
I visited Toyota to buy a new car after email contact. When I bought a car, dealer Van was kind and helpful to me from start to finish, including car insurance.
Damaged vehicle. - Jodi
We brought our vehicle there for a recall repair and they gave it back to us with front end damage after only having it for a few hours. They refused to repair or accept any responsibility for it while it was in their care. Not only was the bumper scraped and cracked, but license plate was torn in half. It had obviously been in a collision with another vehicle or stationary object.
Service on my leased car. - acw543
I am currently leasing a brand new car from iron trail with only 8000 miles on it. The car has so many problems, and this service department is incapable of fixing them. I bring my car in monthly for the SAME problems. Terrible customer service.
