The buying experience was fine. It was after I received the title today and called the dealership that I encountered a problem. Simple question regarding what seemed to be the wrong power of attorney paperwork. I was transferred to financing. Completely rude person that sent me to someone else that didn't answer the phone, I left a voicemail and I still have no response. Typical dealership, once you're off the lot, you don't matter. The financial person I met that particular day seemed to be off his meds or something. Shaky, angry, no patience. Seemed like he was ready to hurt someone. I will not recommend Sapaugh to anyone. In fact, I'll discourage them from going to that dealership.
