If we could give Luther Mazda in Lee's Summit a 10 star we would! Car dealerships are incredibly stressful for me, and I have been dreading looking for a new car. We were greeted by our salesman John, who offered to show us any car we wanted. John was not pushy with trying to sell us a car and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help us find what we were looking for. He was very kind and knew we really wanted a Mazda and worked alongside the sales manager, Shaun, to make it possible. John took the time showing us every feature of the car, walked us through downloading the Mazda app onto our phones, and just made the experience really great. The sales manager Shaun, also knew we really loved the car, and worked with us on a final price which we are thankful for, because we LOVE our new car! Mark, the sales consultant was also very helpful/thorough, providing us all our options for warranties and finally closing out the deal. All 3 of them, made the process easy, the customer service was amazing, and we left satisfied with our purchase. I am incredibly glad we made our first stop at this dealership before going anywhere else. Thank you!

We purchased a 2001 Chevrolet Blazer from Dylan Simpson. Dylan went above and beyond to make this sale. On his day off he took time out of his day to video the entire vehicle for us. This was due to us not being able to do a video chat to look over the vehicle. Being from Michigan, we could not view in person before the sale and the videos that Dylan took were instrumental in making our decision to purchase. The entire sale went very smoothly and we now have our Blazer home in Michigan as we picked it up on Monday 5/26/2025. The entire staff at JP Sides were very cordial and helpful when we arrived, they could teach the northern dealerships a thing or two about customer service! But the big thanks goes to Dylan Simpson for his attention to our sale. We wouldn't have purchased without his above and beyond attention and work he did to get the sale!

My recent experience with Northtowne Mazda was amazing. I was very fortunate to have Jason Chandler as my salesperson and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that I got the perfect vehicle to meet my every need. He could answer every question I had and was never pushy or high pressure. I will definitley recommend Jason and Northtowne Mazda to my friends and family. Was a great experience and I will go back to purchase my next vehicle.

I brought my wife’s car into Bommarito for a specific issue that we clearly outlined at the time of drop-off. We did not authorize any additional work beyond the initial concern. Despite this, Bommarito went ahead and performed additional service without calling, texting, or emailing us for approval. We were later handed a bill for work we never agreed to. When I asked why no one contacted us for authorization, I got nothing but vague responses. This was not some minor add-on service. It was enough to warrant a discussion, and that never happened. To make matters worse, I contacted Kevin McCauley, the service manager, both by phone and by email. That was several weeks ago. I have received no call back and no reply. No explanation, no accountability, just silence. We paid the invoice at the time to avoid further conflict, but it was clear from the start that the work was not approved. I gave Bommarito every chance to make this right before leaving this review. Unfortunately, they chose to ignore me. If you value clear communication and trust in a service department, I would think twice before coming here. At a minimum, make sure everything is documented and get all approvals in writing. Based on my experience, once they have your payment, your concerns might no longer matter.

Dalton Battles was excellent to work with. Took us out in the new CX-90 and new the vehicle & trim packages backward & forward. Had the answers to all of our many questions. We ultimately decided to purchase another brand, but I'll be keeping an eye out in the next few years for a cx-90. So fun to drive.
